Called 6 times was put on hold over 20 minutes! Kerry who answered the phone just laughed and placed my calls on hold. Requested to speak with the manager! Put on hold and no one answered again. Very unprofessional customer service! I will take my business elsewhere.

Most disgusting store I have ever been to. Could not walk down the aisles due to merchandise all over the floors. Signs on walls missing multiple letters. Store was filthy. Never going there again.

Unfortunately went into this store over the weekend with my family and it was a horrible mess. Like you couldn’t even walk down the aisles with a carriage. The shoe aisles had boxes piled everywhere, clothes were piled on the ground. It’s like they had no staff at all. The one in Woonsocket is old and has a caving roof but is in better shape than this brand new location. It is a shame to the plaza it sits in.

They are going down a bit in customer service, the guys who serve are great but during times of high frequency of buyers they lack staff.

WARNING on untrustworthy Burlington!!! I would like to WARN you all that they make use of your credit card for next customers. Burlington cashier kept my credit card activated and next customer spent over it. I have contacted to them many times. They rejected to return my money and to check their surveillance to prove it. Funny part is I am a tourist from the Netherlands to stay in the RI for a short time and they used this situation and never acted on it or checked their cashier activities
in the time this fraudulent happened (They have sent a receipt to my bank stating it was my expense and they accused my bank to me for this charge however. By the way, one of the item purchased from my credit card is a table with a dimension 80cm as a tourist from Europe is a must item to buy to put in your luggage, right?)

This store is a mess! Same amount of stuff jammed into a smaller store. Everything is everywhere and nothing is organized, especially the checkout area. The only things organized well were the Christmas displays. The aisles between the clothing racks were barely wide enough for a shopping cart to fit. The prices are good, and they have a good selection of brand name clothing. Plenty of toys for Christmas. An okay store, but others are nicer.
