I came into the store tonight in full panic mode after accidently canceling my phone line online. I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 years. Mario sat with me for over an hour and went above and beyond to help me! He is knowledgeable, kind, and a true asset to the company!

I had a problem with my phone not recognizing certain apps. Originally I went to a different store for help . The Mgr was very professional and patient but couldn't correct the problem. I decided to try my luck at a different store so I went to the Lincoln Mall location. I was greeted immediately with a smile and professionalism by Mario who assured me he would find the problem and fix it. He was very patient and diligent and about 60 mins later the issue with my phone was resolved. This is what customer service used to be like. Thank you Mario

We came to AT&T to learn more about your plans as we wanted to switch from our current provider.Dennis Rodrigues, from the Lincoln, RI store, was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the different options. He was very helpful answering questions and when we decided to switch - the transfer was quick and easy.I have already recommended to a family member to visit the store.Excellent service and we are very happy with our new phones and plan.

AT&T Customer Service cancelled my 81 year old Father's account without unlocking his $1,300 iPhone Pro, so he couldn't use the phone with a new carrier.Associates at this store were rude and they refused to help us resolve this issue. This resulted in my sister and myself spending 8 frustrating hours working with AT&T Customer Support over the phone to try and get this issue resolved. For their part, AT&T Customer Support agents repeatedly told us that we could go to a store to get this issue resolved.I've been a Customer Service agent and manager before, so I've done these employees' jobs before and my opinion of them has standing. If I was in charge at this store, I would have fired these employees for the way they acted. They didn't attempt to display empathy, and they didn't do anything to help us get the issue resolved. They left my sister and I on our own, and now our father's $1,300 iPhone is a brick.Shame on the employees of this store who refused to do their jobs, be adults, take responsibility, and caused this to happen.

Thanks to the guy who "fixed" my phone, haha!! He really did fix it.. It turned out I was a dummy and didn't realize there was just lint stuck in the charge port, LOL. I appreciate that the guy there cleaned it out for me. I also appreciate that I wasn't pressured into signing a contract for service because i love the price and convenience of my prepaid plan and dont want to switch. I'll be back there when I'm ready for a new phone. My recommendation for corporate is to stock each color of phone at all times. The only reason I didn't drop cash on a new phone is because they didn't have the purple one I wanted.

I visited an AT&T store on Jan 19 2023 to port my spouse's mobile number from Boost mobile to AT&T and I had the pleasure of working with one of the store representatives named Mario Jorge.I am writing this review to express my appreciation for the excellent service that Mario Jorge provided me. From the moment I walked into the store, Mario greeted me with a warm and friendly smile.Mario even called Boost Mobile customer care for getting the porting information. The call lasted for more than an hour. The information given by Boost Mobile didn't work for AT&T. Mario had to call another time to check what is wrong with the details.He was patient all the time and took great care of me during the visit.Despite all of the efforts, the port-in info didn't work. So I have got a new number.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at the AT&T store, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mario. I highly recommend Mario to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly representative at the AT&T store.Thank you, Mario, for your outstanding service!

Joe was extremely helpful. He put a screen protector on my wife's phone perfectly. Very happy.
