99 Fortin Rd #27, Kingston“Nice CVS near the URI campus. Located near a bunch of other businesses it's small but well stocked. I went to get some protein supplement and they had a good selection of them. It's really well organized and I liked the staff, they all seemed happy to be working there. Good parking lot as well.”

245 Main St, Wakefield“What a lovely place! I recently went to Green Line and was helped by Anasia, who was the most helpful and sweetest person I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to at any ice cream place in town. The ice cream was amazing, but my server was so kind it made the ice cream even better. I hope to see her again soon!?”
9AM - 6PM
3986 Old Post Rd, Charlestown“I’ve had conversations with two employees here and they are always friendly and helpful. This is the tiniest CVS in the Northeast and maybe the whole country! I’m always in and out with no issues.”
“I cannot begin to tell you how lucky we are to have this pharmacy for our EB family. They work with you on every level to get what you need to get your prescriptions and they make you feel like your not just another number in their system. They take the time to explain everything and meet all your needs. Thank you EB Pharmacy!”
“CVS Pharmacy was very helpful in transferring a prescription from Express Scripts to CVS and filling it promptly. Great attitude at the pharmacy, and very helpful.”
“CVS stores, in both South Kingstown and Narragansett Rhode Island, are staffed by a highly qualified workforce that are knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help.”
“We celebrated my sons graduation from URI 5/22/21 and wanted to order a sandwich platter and some extras for after the grad ceremony with his roomies and families. It’s wasn’t good - it was amazing!! And special shout out to Steven Spatcher and Alisha in the Deli!!! They treated us like family and helped so much. Everyone raved how good everything thing and how fresh it was! Thank You all very much!!! Thank you all from a URI alum, family and friends. Outstanding!”

4255 Quaker Ln, North Kingstown“Love this CVS! It is clean, well laid out, friendly employees. Manager guided me to some extra deals for a project I was shopping for and was super helpful. Well done!”

20 Woodruff Ave, Narragansett“I've called the pharmacy twice now, and each time the techs have been incredible! They are incredibly patient and always willing to help. It sounds like many of the negative reviews are due to the pharmacy being understaffed rather than inadequate, so I hope they are able to hire more workers soon (for both the customers and the staff's sake).”
“Went to the pharmacy today and associate Rachel was working. Rachel greeted me with a smile and asked how she could assist me today. I gave her my Information and she got my prescription, she then said there was a prescription ready for my wife also, I hadn't realized that my wife was waiting for a back order prescription. Once again Rachel was outstanding at her job. Thank you Rachel for always being so helpful and nice.”

11 Main St, Wakefield“Bar none, the best CVS in the state of Rhode Island! I love it so much that I would be willing to drive here from Providence to pick up just one item. I'm not kidding you. The store is huge with an equally huge selection of products and it's clean! I feel like I am in a candy store for grown ups when I am here! I should have taken photos while I was in there, but that would be kind of weird.”

11 Main St, Wakefield“A very impressive CVS. It's one of the best I've seen, in fact. Minute clinic and 24-hour opening hours. There's pretty much everything you could expect at a pharmacy and then some. There's a massive makeup and beauty section. Extensive grocery and health sections. There's even frozen dinners for your late night dining pleasure. Try them out. I know I'll be going back should I need a 24-hour store.”

7691 Post Rd, North Kingstown“It isn't often that pharmacies and convenience stores such as Walgreens and CVS get high reviews. I came to this Walgreens from Providence to get my COVID-19 vaccination. Both times, the workers at the pharmacy were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I witnessed multiple instances where they calmly dealt with customers' questions or frustrations regarding prescriptions. The actual shot did not hurt at all and didn't take long to prepare. I was in and out of there within around 25 minutes (15 minutes being after I got the vaccination). If you live nearby, I would highly recommend this Walgreens. The regular store as well as the pharmacy are small but top tier when it comes to customer service.”

6495 Post Rd, North Kingstown“I think this place is very nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and informative. I was looking around for something and I didn't know where it was or where to find it in a staff member noticed me and asked if I needed help in I really did and they helped me and I'm grateful so thank you”

7691 Post Rd, North Kingstown“I’m shocked by the number of negative reviews regarding the pharmacy. Just for some insight I was diagnosed with add in the second grade and had an IEP. Was put on Aderall. In my opinion no one under the age of 16 should be put on anything like that. I did well in school but had headaches, wasn’t eating and made me more hyper. My mom stopped it 2 months later and I hadn’t been on anything for add until 18 in college. Was on Ritalin. And that’s when the panic attacks started was also struggling with anxiety and social anxiety. Was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and the brain fog lasted 1.5 years after treatments stopped. Delayed thought processing my memory was non existent plus I’ve was in denial about still having add. My doctor spoke with oncologist and they recommended trying methylphenidate which is Ritalin. And it worked! I didn’t have to go back and reread a 6 number passcode for 2 factor authorization 6 times anymore. But I learned there’s a stigma that comes with this medication. It’s classed as a narcotic and it doesn’t matter if they are pharmacists or techs they have opinions too. And I’ve been thru a dozen pharmacies because calling and seeing if they were ready for pick up would get me vague answers and an attitude. I started feeling like I was doing something wrong by going and getting a medication that helped me!!! I don’t use any CVS anymore. When I moved to Exeter I came to this location and I haven’t ever had an issue with sarcasm, short responses, rudeness and I haven’t felt judged. I told the pharmacist about past experiences and thanked him and there team for being so professional. I have never not had anyone answer the phone here maybe try checking the hours and if you’re on hold…well that’s life! Everyone wants everything instantly these days without waiting. Download the Walgreens app and you can do anything on there with prescriptions that you can do over the phone or at the store except questions for pharmacist. I used to over think a lot and take things personally to much. People are people and we all have lives and moods. All I can control is how I am to others and I treat everyone how I’d want to be treated and I’m happy with that. If someone looks down or off when I see them I try to make them smile or just ask what’s wrong in a caring manor. I’m 37, I’ve been thru a lot, I mean we all have. We can only control ourselves. All these comments should be looked back over by the authors and think before they complain because they didn’t get there way or because they weren’t told what they wanted to hear. I won’t ever understand how this pharmacy has this many negative reviews when I’ve had 98% positive encounters with everyone.”
