I picked up flowers yesterday at 3:30 for a friend who lost a family memeber.
I brought them home and in the morning they looked like they were a week old.
I was very disappointed.
I called and even sent the owner a video and he told me that’s the way they look.
NOT ACCEPTABLE and I will never go there again.
I wish I could post pictures.

Provided beyond what I asked for! The florist was amazing during our consultation but I expected a simpler arrangement because of the price. When the flowers arrived, I was blown away that I got such a big, beautiful bouquet and stunning arch pieces. The florist even installed the arch pieces for us and they were the talk of our wedding. 10/10. Please book for your wedding!

Just so disappointed in the poor service provided. Really regret using this company and having to write a negative review. This company does not care about customer service and is just interested in making a quick buck. I called and ordered a floral arrangement for a child's funeral. I wanted them to make a floral spray with purple flowers in the shape of a butterfly. I asked the price and they said $100 which seemed surprisingly low so I asked again if that would be enough for a nice floral spray in the shape of a butterfly. I specifically told them that this was for a little girl's funeral and I wanted it to be nice and be able to be displayed on a tall stand near the casket. They rushed me and said "it's fine". Still concerned i asked to speak with someone else who told me the same thing. I reiterated that I wanted it to be "in the shape of a butterfly" and they said "yes of course". I said ok "just be sure it's purple flowers in the shape of a butterfly" and once again asked "is $100 enough because I don't mind paying more" and was assured all would be fine. The day of the funeral I searched aimlessly for this floral butterfly and was puzzled when I didn't see it. I noticed a cheap looking vase of flowers on the floor the only thing they got right was the color. They were not in a spray on a stand or in the shape of a butterfly. There is no excuse for this poor service. If they needed additional funds or couldn't provide what they promised they could've contacted me. I'm a reasonable and understanding person. This was blatant disregard for the product they promised. I called the owner and he just said "sorry" no offer of a solution to make this huge mistake right. I am now embarrassed at the cheap arrangement they provided and have to call my bank to have them reverse the charge for failover to provide goods as promised. First and last time ordering from this business.

I received a beautiful bouquet for GALentines day and the day after they arrived, the hydrangeas were wilted and practically dead. I let the person who sent them know that the arrangement was beautiful, however, the hydrangeas had seen better days. The next day, I received a new arrangement at my office. I did not expect a new arrangement! That is fantastic customer service! Thank you!

called last minute for funeral flowers and they created the most beautiful bouquet and even stayed open late to get it done on time. So grateful to have such an amazing florist so close to home!
