I had a great experience at Town Fair Tire in Johnston. Jimmy is the man! From the second I walked in he made sure I was taken care of. He explained all my tire options without any rush, answered my questions, and made the whole process super easy.
The team worked quickly, and the quality of the service was top-notch. I’ve been to other places before, but none had the same level of customer care and satisfaction in mind.
If you need tires or even just some service, I highly recommend heading to Town Fair Tire in Johnston. Jimmy and his crew will treat you right!

I needed two back tires and Aaron helped me out . He was great and the wait wasn’t too long . If anyone needs tires go to town fair tire in Johnston they are the greatest and not too expensive.

Careless, they scratched the seat of my car and when I told them about it the manager came out and apologized. He came back out with a rag and when it didn’t come out he started saying that it’s something they couldn’t have done cuz it looks like the seat started cracking and I cut him off and said it’s a new 2022 Mercedes with new seats find me any other place there’s a single crack? He got upset that I didn’t let him BS me and got unprofessional and started swearing and said he didn’t care about paying for the damages cuz his name not on the building so it’s not coming out his pocket after we argued for 5min. I told him I was just letting them know about it (complaining) that paying for it wasn’t the issue. If you like things done correctly and clean don’t come here. When he told me get out of here after spending 781 on two new tires I told them you guys should of at least cleaned the tires after he said we not a cleaning shop, I said well i bought new tires ?♂️.

Aaron was so kind and helpful the moment we walked in. He could even see that it was an emergency and was able to squeeze us in and help us get the tire fixed quickly. No complaints, smooth process the whole way

I needed tires asap and Town Fair Tire was very helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and they got me right in. When I got to the store Joe greeted me and talked me through everything I needed to know. I felt comfortable and confident with my selections and felt I was getting the best price and service. The waiting room was clean and the service was quick. I would recommend Town Fair Tire in Johnston, ask for Joe!

Aaron was very kind and helpful. I ran late on our appointment and Aaron still managed to squeeze us in with a smile on his face, also this location (Johnston RI) had the tire we needed at a great price and the mechanics were quick and efficient. Highly Recommended for service, quality and price.

Town fair tire is the place to go! I had a nail in my tire right before I was leaving for a business trip and needed to have it patched. Jimmy and the team took me right in and fixed whatever was needed to get me on the road for my trip! Their prices are very fair!
