Haircut was great and she waxed my eyebrows but didn’t show me a mirror to see what they looked like when they were done which I thought was odd. Turns out part of my eyelid skin was torn off/burnt off in the process.. how professional not to tell me until I had to find out myself when I was almost done getting hair cut. I told her what happened and she just shrugged it off like it didn’t matter! Said it happens and went on to next customer.

I will only go to Johnston Supercuts. After having a disaster of a haircut somewhere else,Debra saved me and since then, she’s the only person allowed to cut my hair. She’s amazing, talented, and a great person to have on your hair’s side!

Terrible haircut they hire people strait out of school! Sad to sayI definitely can do a better job myself. If I wanted to let a student hack my hair up. I go to school and get it done for free. Rather than pay top dollar to get my head mangled. I had to pay for another haircut the next day. The managers, the only one who looks like She knows what she is doing but clearly does not want to be bothered When I practically demand it. She'd see me. I was ignored and pushed on this student. Who don't know how to cut hair. Clearly my fault for not just getting up and leaving. Needless to say my hair will be down to my waist Before I ever step foot into supercuts again. Unbelievable a corporation like super cuts to cheap to hire people who know how to cut hair, They'd rather hire out of school to Butcher hair for profit. I want my money back but that'll never happen, Better chance of me getting my hair back..

I've been goin to this Supercuts for over 10 years. They've always been very friendly and I get a good haircut at a good price. Ask for Lynda but if she's not available I've never had a bad haircut from any of the others either.
