It's the holiday season and every time I've gone in, the lady with short dark hair has helped me. She can have a line of 20 people and still have a smile on her face, help a couple people at once, and still deliver excellent customer service to each and every person. I appreciate all of her efforts and will add her name to this review next time I go in there :)”
“Was in a pickle yesterday with an overnight delivery that was trying to be delivered when no one was at the business I manage. Tried calling UPS customer service... HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. The employees on shift at the time were extremely friendly and helpful! Anthony C went above and beyond to help me get the package I needed to resume taking credit cards and phone calls at our business! THANK YOU!!!”

“The thr entire staff was polite and helpful and a spcial thanks to the print specialist who was absolutely fantastic going the extra mile to assist me with my needs and make sure everything was perfect and it was at the last minutes of the day were usually people are tired and agitated but this was not the case absolutely outstanding service and this is now my home store I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs. “I went here to make some Amazon returns. Apparently, you're supposed to do them yourself, but someone was taking a really long time, so the lady behind the desk offered to take care of my returns. She did my returns fast, and she was very friendly.”
“I was out of town at a business show and realized that I had left my business cards at home. The show was to start at 3:30 PM. I went into the Staples store in Providence, RI. The young man said let's look at what you need. After sending him the format that I needed he said we can do that. I said the show is today at 3:30 and it was 9:00 AM. He said we can have the business cards ready by 2:00 PM. Well guess what, they were ready by 1:00 PM. The customer service, product quality, and price I got were unbeatable.”

“I went to return something, mail something out & to buy some stamps. I entered the post office only to find the area where the registers are blocked off by a metal gate. A lady walked out of a side door and informed us that the clerk had called out and another one would be there in 10 min or more. I chose to wait and I’m glad I did! A clerk walked in and quickly opened a register. Komla was his name (I asked because in his haste to help us he hadn’t pinned his name tag on yet). He was jolly and prompt and efficient yet patient enough to inform me of different options for what I was mailing. Komla’s customer service is above and beyond!”

Was having issues with a package and was pretty upset but Jessica turned my day around with her compliments and generosity. “One of my packages was delivered to the wrong parcel box(our complex has a cluster box for packages. I let the post office know online and later Got a call at work stating the package was found and put in my box. When I opened the P.O. Box there was my package with a little note stating what box it was in and that they were sorry. I really appreciate the leg work -- I bought a lot of sweaters on sale for fall and would have been bummed if this package was lost.”
