I come into this cafe every morning to grab my daily coffee. I am always served it by Alyssa. She’s such a sweet person.But I’m wondering why is the coffee shop so under staffed every day? I watch her have to do all the work.

Why do I have to go inside to tell the girl to push the button? Transaction timed out twice because she was on her phone. Then she gets upset because I told her to get off phone and pushed the button. Mind you I’m standing there waiting for her to look up and away from her phone 4/27 3:55 pm
