Called last week and was promised service on Tuesday. Had to call on Tuesday only to find out driver was sick. Called again and was promised by Thursday. Great! Had to call again and was promised a return call….NOTHING! NO CALL AND NO SERVICE AGAIN! WORST COMPANY EVER! Everyone has a different answer and no one shows…like EVER! Don’t waste your breath, cause they sure DON’T

Was a little skeptical in the beginning when I didn’t hear back right away but the owner made a point to get back to me as soon as she got my email to make sure our party was all set for the restroom , the guy who showed up was very nice and I highly recommend this company.

Never again. Ever sense they got rid of the employee “Joe” there services fell off big time . They pumped my black tank in my camper and only pumped it a quarter of the way , I went on vacation and came back and they wanted to charge me again to pump out the rest which I already paid them for the first time . The manager Jake has no customer service skills . The employee Joe they got rid of was the best employee they ever sent out to me . Every time he came he wanted to make sure it was totally empty . The manager Jake came for about 3 minutes and left and did not care if it was still full or empty .

These guys are so good. They were booked about 4 days out. I explained I have a big family and all of my toilets are plugged and my sink is gurgling. She fit me in " as soon as possible" which was supposed to be next day but ended up being later that day. Kyle was courteous and knowledgable and gave me a bunch of pointers. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with these folks again!

We have been using Scituate Portable for years. They are very responsive, do everything they can to make sure their clients are taken care of from a service perspective, and all at a price point that is beyond reasonable. We would highly recommend them.

Billy did our inspection and he was great! This guy knows his $h!t - yes I did that on purpose :) He was punctual, professional, and went out of his way to explain everything to us. They don't do installations so there is no bias when he does inspections. Highly recommend and will use again when needed! Thanks.
