My windshield looks great and the person at the front desk was so super friendly, service was same day drop off in Johnston. Dropped key in box and they called 4 hrs later. I liked this location better than the Warwick store.

I had my windshield replaced and they made the process painless. When I walked in, I was taken right away even though I was a half hour early. They got me checked in and explained everything that needed to be done. I'm not from the area so I stayed in the waiting lounge. Very spacious with work tops and outlets. During my wait, I listened as the manager, Sarah, spoke to several customers. She sounded so polite and helpful. Everything seemed to be broken down for her customers and made sure they all had the direct number to call if there were any issues. My email confirmation said it would take between 2-3 hours to complete. Well, less than an hour and a half after I walked in, I was done! The window was replaced, my camera (?) was recalibrated, and new windshield wipers were replaced. Sarah checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed, that I understood what to do if something happened, and gave me the direct number to call if anything with my windshield or wipers came up. Then, when I got into my car, the tech gave me replacement Velcro for my easy pass! What a nice surprise for me! Quick and easy. I highly recommend this location!

The waiting area is clean and comfortable! From the few staff I had the chance to meet, these are genuinely friendly, hardworking, people who talk to you, not at you. Windshield replacement tech was lovely and did nice quick service. Will definitely be back if needed and highly recommend.

I recently cracked my windshield and was very nervous about finding a shop to fix it properly. First, thank you to Sarah and Mary for going above and beyond. Sarah guided me through everything and kept me informed. She ensured I could get OEM so my heads-up display worked properly. Mary fixed my car, and I can't even notice a difference from factory. She also confirmed it was a BMW OEM windshield and was willing to show me before installation. The work was done very quickly. They even included 3M for my EZPass. Thank you to these two for their professionalism and quality of work! I highly recommend this place for windshield replacement.

Very fast and efficient service. I had to bring the vehicle to them because of the complexity of my windshield and sensor systems so it had to be done at the shop. I dropped the car off at 1pm and as soon as I was walking back outside they brought my vehicle inside to begin work. By 2:30pm it was ready and the new windshield looks great.

Go to anyone but Safelite! ANYONE!
I had an appointment today between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., I made sure to get to my office by 8:00 a.m.. when no one showed up by 2:00 p.m. I went home.
At 3:15 I received a call from Safelite asking if I wanted my windshield fixed.
My reply started with an F and ended with a U!

Wait time wasn't unreasonably long based on the number of cars ahead of us, especially compared to wherever I had gone previously for a new windshield. No issues, complimentary coffee/tea, and the price for the new wipers they installed compared to finding and installing them ourselves was honestly super worth it.
I'm a fan of saving money on car upkeep that we can do ourselves, but neither of us were feeling it, so it wasn't a hard choice, lol

Took my car to get my window sealed from a rock that hit the windshield. The used some sealant, took about 20min. Was out pretty quick 👍👍👍

Good job replacing my windshield, however they parked the vehicle and equipment on my driveway ( 4 yrs old ) and left permanent indentations behind. It was a slightly rainy day and I allowed them to replace the glass using my garage ( car inside ) to provide cover. Got NO help from the store management on my driveway issues they created.. the response is " I didn't tell not to park on the driveway " ..
