Convenient, easy, efficient. I dropped my car off for a windshield replacement at 9 AM and it was done by 11 same day. Nothing else to be said; it's a professional outfit.

I showed up 30 minutes early and they still took me right in. My vehicle's computer system made this a difficult job. Everyone was polite and attentive. Sarah, at the front desk, was running the place like clockwork. Not only did she keep me updated as I had to wait a while (thanks to my car being finicky) but listening to her work and manage multiple jobs was impressive. She is an asset to this location as well as the rest of the staff. I was extremely pleased with my results and their determination to make me a happy customer.

1 1/2 years ago I had a windshield replacement and the guy was careless snapping the antenna. Since then I’ve had 3 antennas, 6 techs, and 3 no shows.Now they are requiring me to produce all kinds of documents that was required before they looked like bumbling idiots.STAY AWAY FROM SAFELITE AND FIND A REPUTABLE BUSINESS WITH ADULTS OPERATING IT NOT CHILDREN.A photo of a simple antenna installationIs included. Awesome service, They were busy & was told I'd be waiting a few hours.. My vehicles windshield was done and I was out the door in 45 minutes.

They were replacing my windshield and sold me their "lifetime warranty" windshield wipers. I attempted to use the warranty when the wipers failed after approximately three months, but I never pursued it further because it was installed on my second car. It was then that I discovered their warranty lasted only one year, and that the technician who installed my windshield had misled me. Scumbag.

I initially had a negative experience with Safelite up in Auburn Massachusetts area. Suddenly developed a MASSIVE crack in my windshield overnight and requested to have my F150 done while I was working. I was called late in the day and told by the technician that he had been accidentally sent out with the wrong size glass for my truck. Was then told I'd get a call with a new appointment date/time. I never received a follow up call. Tried to get ahold of someone from the Auburn-area location, but was unable to talk to a live person. By the way, I was CHARGED for the service I did not receive.I live in RI, so I quickly drove to this Johnston location the next day to explain my situation. The manager Sarah was amazing. She was kind, friendly and understanding, and very disappointed with the "service" I received from the other location. She assured me that I would be serviced later that day, and I was. She also told me there was only one size windshield for my year/trim truck, so who knows what nonsense I was fed from the other location. The technician, a young and very friendly guy named Carter, did a great job keeping me updated as to when he would arrive at my home, and did an excellent job installing my windshield. I have had no problems since it was done a couple of weeks ago. Would highly recommend this particular Safelite location for service. Your mileage will vary greatly elsewhere.

Donna at the front desk is super helpful. My insurance filed incorrect information and she was able to order the parts needed and get me in the next morning. They also finished the replacement two hours early. Definitely a great location.

So I got a chip in my windshield the other day .I made an appointment here ..well I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I got Sara and Mary we the best .so polite and friendly, at the same time very professional. They made me feel at home.they need to be commended .and what can I say about the work they did on my windshield..they made me examine the work b4 I left my God what a job.cant even tell and it wasn't a small chip..So thks to the technicians that did the work.i don't know your names but awesome job I appreciate all.of you ..I hope another rock doesn't hit my windshield.but if it does I will see you again thks best regards mike regine

You shouldn’t have to go through an email to talk with somebody I find it very impersonal. There is so much that could be done having a physical conversation versus emailing someone it’s just not OK in my eyes and that is why I’m giving you a bad review. I used your services before and got to speak with somebody on the phone. I don’t know what’s going on that you guys will not talk with people on the phone anymore, I feel this world is getting worse and worse instead of there being personal connections with people there’s constant oh we’re not gonna talk with you we’re going to put you through an email and you can ask your questions there. How does that make any sense I work in the Customer Service industry and people want to see and talk to people they don’t want to talk through a chat, it’s so awful. When you do that have a pleasant day

When I made my appointment with Safelite, I was contacted shortly after to discuss the details of my appointment and who the service tech would be. I received a call from him telling me what time I could expect him to arrive at my location. When he got here he told me it would be approximately one hour to finish. The work was completed and it looked great. Safelite is a great company for any auto glass work. I highly recommend them. A satisfied customer.
