Shea, did a great job explaining everything, he had great rapport, very informative, he was transparent about the whole process and didn’t try to upsell us. He was very patient and well mannered, very respectful and easygoing. He showed a great deal of passion for his trade, and working with him was an excellent experience, we greatly appreciated his hard work, commitment, and diligence throughout the whole process. He went through each part of the set up and made sure we were comfortable with every little detail we discussed and wasn’t afraid to ask his colleagues for help with additional information he either didn’t know or wasn’t sure about to make sure all our concerns were resolved. Excellent communication and customer service skills, our family couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we are truly looking forward to the finished project. Thank you.

We are in the initial stage of looking into having our bathroom renovated. Re-Bath's representative, Jeremy, was very helpful, explaining the possibilities, how they would go about the project, explained the estimated costs financing options, and gave us many useful suggestions overall. He was very thorough and spent almost two hours with us. It was a very pleasant experience. After we do due diligence and obtain one or two other quotes for comparison, it's quite likely we'll go with Re-Bath.

Shae came out to the home and provided tremendous insight into available options for us to consider. He was punctually, professional and knowledgeable. It is a very big decision to redo a bath and Shae was willing to spend the time with us to ensure we had the information required to make an informed decision. Great guy and an asset to the company!

Shea did a very thorough job explaining the whole bathtub remodeling project to me and was an absolute pleasure to meet with. He clearly described all the detail necessary and how the work would proceed as he showed me the various options and finishes.
