The Phelbotomist was a kind and caring gentleman. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made me very comfortable and left no marks in my arm . Such a positive experience. I highly recommend Quest Lab on Atwood Avenue in Johnston Rhode Island.

I have never encountered such an excellent medical technologist/venipuncturist as Todd.
Starting with superbly professional, courteous and in-charge demeanor and ending with experience, excellent technical skills, clarity of instructions and efficiency. Kudos to Todd! I was seen on time and on my way in no time! Excellent.

I have had a lot of problems when getting bloodwork especially recently. It's very important to me anytime I have someone that is professional and makes me feel so comfortable especially because sometimes I pass out. I was not a huge fan of the chair available to lay down with bloodwork because it doesn't smoothly lay you down but stuff like that isn't so bad when I get one of my favorite phlebotomists. Thank you!

This place is not reliable. I had an appointment for lab work and had to wait over 40 minutes. There is nobody at the front desk just a kiosk to check in. The waiting room was full and we were all wondering if someone was going to take care of us. I finally get in there and when I told the girl I needed a butterfly needle she said oh we only have one and it's for a child in the waiting room. Okay I understand but this is a lab and they don't have enough supplies this is unacceptable.

Great experience and fast service for the last 8 years until March of this year that all staff are gone. The new technician aka "the trainer", is incompetent and unprofessional. Had already 2 encounters there and was disappointed, so it's time to go somewhere else
