Protech is by far the best place around! They are friendly, knowledgeable and have a state of the art facility. Paul is always so welcoming and always willing to lend a helping hand with the littlest of things, even when they fall outside the scope of work being done, like a stuck license plate or roof rack ?. They have been servicing our cars for a few years now and I have never had an issue! Highly recommend!

Excellent service, from making the initial appointment, to the estimate they provided me with along with a detailed description and photos of their recommendations regarding repairs and service. Paul, the service customer service technician, kept me advised throughout the entire process. A pleasure to work with.

Service is excellent, their work is rock solid.
Everyone is nice and helpful. Labor rates are reasonable.
My only gripe is, their parts markup is excessive. Every shop marks up parts, as they should, they need that to stay in business. But there are limits.

The Protect rep Ed was professional and courteous .
My serpentine belt was promptly replaced without excuse or delay.
I thought the cost of this repair was reasonable.
When having a car repair you can’t ask for much more than this !
I would not hesitate to recommend Protect to anyone !

I chose Protech because they were clear and honest with what needed to be done and how long it would take. I was going to use my dealership for this repair but they said they’d need the car for at least a week to run analysis. Protech got it done over the course of two separate days. Day one to assess the situation and determine the part needed. I got my car back, scheduled a follow up. Day two was to install the part. Got my car back by 2pm. If I went to the dealer I would have had to rent a car for at least a week! I’m going to Protech for all my services from now on.

This is my go to business for vehicle maintenance and repairs. A clean and accomodating facility. You are greeted immediately in a friendly, but professional way. Counter employees (Paul) listen, then take the time to discuss options with you. The work is completed competently. I'm lucky to have the same technician working on my car for years now. He knows it well.
When your warranty expires, this is the place to go. Say hello to Tony, the manager while there. A former student of mine and a great guy. He has made Protech the place to be emulated by other repair facilities, but they can't match it.

Volvo: Brought the Volvo Cross Country Wagon in for a list of items in need of service and repair. The team at Protech did an excellent job with working through the list in a successful and timely manner. Select repairs were somewhat complex and required the attention of a highly skilled team. Examples include replacement of a failed ignition switch assembly, front axle CV boot, and engine mount. My experience with Protech makes me highly confident in their ability to do it right the first time.

As usual all the service reps at Protech were very professional, courteous and accomodating during my recent repair. I have been bringing cars to them for repairs small and large since 2009 . I have always been satisfied that they did the best by me. That's why I have often recommended them to friends.
