Guy that’s balding and guy with the hat are always so miserable. I walked in and as soon as I seen there frowns I didn’t want to workout anymore. I have an injured foot and was specifically told by my doctors to not wear any sport shoes but shoes that have wide spaced such as crocs. I showed the employee my letter by the doctor and they proceeded to not care and kick me out without care.

significantly better than smithfield as requested by my last review for smithfield seems like corporate suggested i call and speak with the manager. the staff when i called were confused and did not even know when the manager will be available to discuss my concerns. Anyways johnston has been more than great. morning week staff is phenomenal personable and consistent which was my main concerns with smithfield. when the staff is good the gym is good they are what makes me inspired to come back. johnstons clean well organized and management super professional and on it! i’m happy dude.

the two female employees at night time are the rudest employees to work there unhelpful they're never at the front desk when you need help they always have one other staff member at the front desk.

The staff never calls attention to people who pull the machines with force, nor to people who talk on their cell phone all day, nor to people who have music on their cell phone, nor to people who use more than 1 card at a time. It seems like the gym is theirs. This gym is turning into a disaster

I am a black card member and go to many Planet Fitness locations within the state. Great benefit of the Black Card! My home gym is located in Johnston RI. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean, and the equipment is well maintained. There are always plenty of upbeat people working out. It's just an awesome atmosphere.
