“Today I had my mini aussie, Cali, groomed for the first time in over a year. I booked the biggest package for my girl: nails, bath, haircut, oral care, and the de-shedding. I was scheduled with Emily, and i really felt the need to scream to the world how INCREDIBLE she is. I always struggle with my pups coat because she has SO.MUCH.HAIR. But i finally decided to give up doing it myself and try doing this professionally again, and I'm so glad i did. Emily was incredibly professional, kind, and caring towards my wishes and my pup’s best interests. I am so grateful to her and just wanted the world to know. Thank you, Emily! “BFF Resort is the best! My dog was a regular daycare attendee for 3 years and, even though we’ve moved a bit further away, we still come at least once a month! The staff are all super friendly, you get regular video updates, and it’s seamless and easy to communicate about booking or needs with the texting system they have in place. My dog is always thrilled to go hang out with his buddies when we drive up to the drop off door. I ? BFF!”

“I have to say for this small little local couple they really pull through and make you feel special, I needed some ID Cards for my dog and didnt know how to go about doing it, to my surprise these folks were right in my own back yard. Maggie Explained everything to me step by step and I was able to make the proper selection. Nick and maggie both showed up at my door and hand delivered my ID tags, and even refunded me the shipping costs. Very Kind and Professional. God bless the both of you.
