Sat there from 1-3 before i left didnt even see a doctor and its not like i chose to go there disability sent me there waste of my time im never gonna get back, dr diamante is unprofessional and so are his workers

OPTX is absolutely incredible. From the second I walked in, I was blown away at their incredible stock, the professional staff and the clean, modern space. Lynne was extremely warm, welcoming and helpful in finding the perfect sunglasses. She is extremely generous and such a pleasure to work with. I look forward to continuing to be an OPTX supporter!!

Emma was amazing! She was able to help me find my new frames in a timely and efficient manner, and when the lines had been backed up to check out she was kind enough to check me out herself and help my book my next appointment without hesitation.

I asked to be scheduled with Dr Diamante but when I got there is was not him. I see all these good reviews and I'm sure there are some good experiences, not mine. The women who helped me was more interested in getting out of work than help me. I was trying on frames and asked " do these look ok for my face " she said "use the camera on your phone". If i could see without my glasses than I wouldn't have asked. Then was told that I had to make another eye exam appointment when it was only one year since last and you only need one every two years.

Dr. Diamante’s office, OPTX, also has frames for your new eye glasses and designer and non-designer sunglasses! WOW! When you are looking for frames or sunglasses this is the place to go! They’re various shapes and sizes. Dr. Diamante carries many different colors and designs for you to choose from. The costs are reasonable and you will be properly fitted by the associates in his office. Personally, I would definitely purchase a number of sunglasses since they are so contemporary and are extremely comfortable and functional. I would highly recommend Dr. Diamante, OPTX, for all your eye care.

It's unacceptable to schedule an appointment and not confirm that the patient's insurance is accepted. Especially, after your patient calls and ask you to confirm that the insurance is accepted. Perhaps confirm the insurance is accepted when you confirm the appointment. Please just do your job people.
