I went in to purchase some paint and the employee was sooo helpful and really took her time. However, when I was getting ready to pay the computer was down and I could not make a purchase!

Anna and Dario are amazing! Anna has helped me choose colors for my house and for my daycare center! North Scituate Paint is the BEST place to go for all of your painting needs. My next project will be using chalkie paint to refinish my daughter's dressers.

Very helpful and friendly store. We called them to help us find our interior paint colors from 2008 and they were able to help us find them.

This is the worst store I have ever frequented. Over the last couple of months I have been in there several times to buy paint a a I am redoing my house. The first two times were ok, They gave me paint & primer even though I didn't ask for or want it. The paint always takes at least two coats for gray to cover white. But, I ran out of paint in the middle of a wall so I needed the same thing to finish it. In the past I have gotten the butter in a satin finish. Today however I was advised in the most condescending way that there is no such thing as a satin finish. When I told the guy that I needed the satin he said "Do you even know what you are talking about when you say that?"Me: "yes, of course. I've gotten this very thing here before."Him: " No you haven't there's no such thing."Me: "You've put my I information in the computer before. Can we look it up?"Him: "No, you can get a pearl finish or eggshell."Me: "I really need what I got before. I can just come back when someone else is here."Him: "what do you mean by that? No one is going to understand your nonsense."Me: "Can I just have the paint colors back. I'll go somewhere else."He actually threw them at me and yelled at me to get out. How can a co pant employ someone in a professional paint store who doesn't know the basics of paint? How can a company employ someone who is abusive to customers? Home Depot was able to provide the paint that I was looking for with no trouble and was able to match the color. I should not have to take abuse and condescension and patronizing behavior in order for me to give you my money. That is not how business works and would explain why no one is ever in the store.
