First off I'm a new Yorker never had to deal with oil to heat up the house but I called nelson oil company and the women who spoke to me and my wife was so understanding and clear to the point that I have a little more knowledge on oil for homes. She answered all my questions and told me that within an hour I have a service truck in front of my home. True to her words . A cool and down to earth service men came and explained to me how everything works . I felt like I was a family members of Nelsons also for being a family oriented oil company ...I will continue to use Nelsons oil company . So thank you @ Nelsons oil from frankie and yina...
