I visit the Mobile gas station on Plainfield Pike in Johnston due to its convenient location near Route 295. While the convenience is undeniable, there are several aspects that have left me less than satisfied.One major drawback is the consistently high gas prices, which seem to be among the highest in the area.Additionally, the condition of the store leaves much to be desired. A thorough cleaning would greatly enhance the overall customer experience. The prices inside the store also appear to be on the higher side, I do not recommend any additional purchases.The location's convenience may occasionally draw me in, I would recommend exploring other gas stations and convenience stores in the immediate area for more competitive prices, cleaner facilities, and a better overall experience.

This store has some really great employees. While I don’t believe I’ve met everyone who works there, anyone I have met is really pleasant to deal with!I knocked a star off because of the “no bathroom for customers”, and they have you use a portapotty out back. That being said, I understand why, the bathrooms are on the side of the building, so I’m sure there’s a lot of vandalism.

Very rude staff. When there’s issues with the pump (only happened 3x since I’ve been coming here in the last 10 years) they get extremely irritated as if it’s our fault when it’s just a system failure. Even if it wasn’t, their attitude still isn’t acceptable. I live down the street from them and I’ve been a customer for 10 years but I don’t think I’ll be coming here again. Being kind goes a long way…but it doesn’t happen here.
