Would give zero stars if I could. Beware!! Do not go here for Jewelry repairs!! I bought a necklace off Etsy $100, very thin 10k Gold. The clasp broke so I brought it here for a new one. I made the mistake of not asking the cost before dropping it off. They charged $80 for a new clasp and kept the old one on it!!! So now I have two clasps (one broken) and it cost me almost as much as the necklace!!! My husband picked it up for me otherwise I would have refused to pay and let them keep it... clearly they took advantage of me and I hope they go out of business for their unethical practices. That will teach me to go to a random place and not ask the price before hand.

David santelli, the jeweler there is currently under investigation by RISP for diamond conspiracy with a “Sherri” older female that sells rings for him on OfferUp claiming as VS1 diamonds with fake diamond testers that tests fake diamonds as real that are moissanites. This conspiracy has been going on for years so if you purchased any diamonds from this store or by a sherri go get it tested by another jeweler asap and report it to the RISP

I did not have a good experience with this jeweler, David Santilli. He never did what he said he would do. I dropped off gold hoop earrings that needed a gold curved lever hinge replaced on one. He told me that could be done in two days .... a month later I got my earring back with a straight wire. This was after he asked me to take in the other matching earring so he could order the correct hinge. I also dropped off a gold and diamond cocktail type ring that needed diamond points replaced and a new gold shank added due to crack and wear. Mr. Santilli said he also had to “build up the mounts”. To date, 12-3-20, 3 points have already fallen out, the “mounts” were NOT built up. He told me the ring job would take 2 months it took 2 days! I paid close to $300.00 for this service. I will not go back .... not even to complain about the diamond points that were replaced that fell out. It’s just not worth it.

Dave is thee best jeweler in RI. Such knowledge and experience all packed into a small shop! I have dealt with him for a few years now and his prices are amazing. He gives you an education on diamonds. He has made my now fiancé and I very happy with his custom engagement ring that was made. I willnow only shop with him from here on out. His prices are seriously so amazing... He literally is the diamond god father!
