Even though I could not afford the repair at this time, and it’s on the back burner for next visit, Savanna was on top of everything and always provides a bright spot in the mix. Gene the courtesy car driver was also a total pro.

I arrived without an appointment with the check engine light on. Savanna was great to work with. She got me squeezed in and the technician found I had 2 faulty fuel injectors. The repair would take 2 days. Savanna made sure I had a loaner vehicle for my use.

I was recently helping my daughter shop for her first car, and we had a great experience with the information provided by the Hurd team. I would especially like to thank customer service representative Kayla-Lynn Gruslin and Sales Manager David Cathey. They were both patient and professional, and provided the information needed for us to make informed decisions. We certainly intend to consider Hurd for our next car purchase as well.

Went to Hurd to have new tires put on my Colorado dropped it off at 11:00 am told me it would be ready before 2:00pm get there they said they are doing the last tire now! An hour later I got my truck back paid my bill went outside to my truck and there was white goo all over my rims and black hand prints all over the drivers door so I complained the manager (Dave) said it was poor workmanship and he would have it cleaned up well another hour goes bye and I still didn’t have my truck when I said where’s my truck Dave said what’s the problem I said I would have it cleaned up. One of the salesman felt it was funny that I had to wait 2 hours to get my truck back because of Hurd Chevy has poor workmanship I will never go back there and would advise no one to ever go there.

Not a great experience. Bought a car 2 wks ago, inspected it on day of sale because it was a used car. Some adhesive marks inside, which they said they would try to take care of. Honestly the sales person did not seem to know a whole lot when we were asking questions during the test drive. There were also toenail clippings inside the car on the passenger seat mat during the test drive, which was already a bad sign. Ultimately we went for it anyway, but it took over a week to get paperwork processed for the car before I could pick it up. Felt a bit rushed picking up since it was close to closing, and unfortunately the sales person I bought it from was not available when I went to go pick it up. When I got home, I noticed significant scratches on the rear passenger window that we did not note on our initial inspection over a week prior when we bought the car. I asked the sales agent if they had any pictures showing these scratches from before the sale, but they did not. But they are also refusing to do anything because there is nothing on the "We Owe, You Owe" document which is signed on the day of the sale.
So if you don't happen to catch every little thing before driving out of the lot on pickup day, they will wipe their hands clean of anything that happens to the car in the 7-10 days between sale and pickup. Oh, and they were also unable to remove the adhesive from inside the car.

Michael at the service department has been attending to both of the vehicles i had serviced there. and i have been a customer for years. Michael is very knowledgeable , curtous and helpful . he is a real professional and always very attentive to the details. i am alway confident that when Ipick up my vehicle it has been looked over, and is safe to drive. he has a great personality and does not miss a thing. he the kind of worker that you need to promote and raise he pay, to kept him providing that great service. lol! i know he would do it any way thats who is . i know my vehicle is getting the service as if it was his own, great guy ,i cannot say enough good things about him, we are all lucky to have him, real talk!

Great experience buying a new truck! But you have to ask for Robert Hein. This guy worked with me even through my not great credit and put me into my dream truck! He was extremely professional, honest, and straightforward throughout the process! I will go back to the dealership just to deal with him in the future! Thanks again bob!

I WILL NEVER RETUR
I went to get new tires today had an 11: apt got there about 10:30 the girl said are you waiting for it I only live 5 minutes away call when it's ready I will come back about how long? She said it will be done before 2 we close at 2 will give you a call at 1:35 still no call I call her she says it's almost done I head there at 2 pm she says only one tire left but the service area is closed you have to wait in what they call a cafe its 3 pm finally the truck is done i pay I go out to my truck as I am walking up to it my black rim has a white looks like a crack I touched it and it was just some kind of goo I walk around the truck and all 4 tires has this goo all over it and then I see black hand prints all over my drivers side door!!!!! I go back in and ask to speak to a manager told the lady about the mess all over my truck this guy comes out says that it poor workmanship I will get this cleaned up for you he takes off in my truck I am waiting to hear something about a half hour goes bye no truck I go back inside and say where is my truck! The sales guy on the floor said oh he took it 2 doors down to clean it I say how long does it take to clean up the wheel he said I will send someone down to get itI sat there another 15 minutes I go back to the lady at the desk 2 salesman were standing there I ask her where's my truck this is ridiculous I was told my truck would be ready by 2 I get here (one of the salesman starts laughing) I looked at him and said there's nothing funny

We didn't ever actually get there due to a misunderstanding about my financing situation, but these people are great. They were amazingly communicative and just all around great to talk discuss options with.

1 star ⭐️. They just didn’t want to do business with me. I was interested in two cars on the lot. Mark who deals with the internet part had made me an appointment for 1130. When I got there no one was available to chat with me. After walking around the lot and waiting for a half hour. Mark came out to say hello to me and assist. He told me no one was available to assist me so he would try. Super friendly guy, but not too knowledgeable with the vehicles. We test drove two cars and I wanted to talk numbers. Maggie I believe who helped with this part. They gave me numbers on a wrangler with thousands of dollars for all these extra packages. I told her I wasn’t interested in all that, she gave me an attitude and said she has to draw it up this way. She stated that it was not a personalized quote…. She adjusted the numbers and still to high of a payment for this vehicle. They wanted 5K over book value for the jeep (23K book, 28K price tag) low balled me on my 23’ Acura TLX Type S, they offered me $38,500 when two other dealers offered me $42,000 and $42,500. Book value was $42,000-$45,000, I asked if they could lower the price on the wrangler or give me more for my trade she said no. Maggie was not very friendly and the one offer was the only and final offer. She stated high payment due to my negative equity, but she wouldn’t budge on numbers for each car. I told them I could put 10K down to help with negative equity but they weren’t willing to budge numbers on either car. What a waste of time! Props to Mark though, hope he is a salesman now! Find another dealer this place stinks! Feb-March 2024. Ended up getting a Jeep at Tasca down the street, they gave me $42K for my trade. Much friendlier and personable. Willing to work with you and not wasting your time. - Mike
