EDIT#2.5: After 7 weeks of not having my vehicle I was blessed to pick it up and hear rattling from the back and rubbing rotational sound. Would you bring your car back to a location that severely delayed your repair, refused to help with a loaner after delaying the repair and then to finally get your car back and have it not done correctly? Easy answer for me
EDIT#2: 7 Weeks is how long I've been without my vehicle for a fairly routine repair and body work. They attempted to add another wheel and tire to the insurance estimate that didn't belong and then didn't tell the adjuster about an undershield that did causing 2 extra visits. They took so long that my rental policy ran up and then said they couldn't give a loaner...I'm done
EDIT: I have to drop a star guys. The service is good but the communication is not worth 5 stars. I'm not going to go into a long story but I'll summarize. WHEN SOMETHING ELSE IS FOUND WRONG WITH THE CAR CALL THE CUSTOMER! WHEN A CUSTOMER LEAVES A MESSAGE FOR A STATUS UPDATE CALL BACK! This is grade school level customer service that's being missed.
I've never had a positive dealer experience. This has been my first and it's amazing the difference in care and attention to detail compared to my last dealership. Jenna from service did an absolutely amazing job and so did the service manager in explaining everything. I'll look forward to working with this dealership in the future

What an excellent car buying experience!! This was my second time doing business with Tasca Kia. The salesman I had the pleasure of dealing with, Edward Warren, was the epitome of professional. I never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. He made sure he went over every buying option i had available and put my nerves at ease. Once I had picked out my vehicle, he brought me to sit down with Marcy Vitagliano in Finance, another star member of the Tasca Kia Team. She made sure I picked the finance option that was not only perfect for me but was a package I was comfortable with. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered. If you are in the market for new vehicle I highly recommend stopping in and speaking with a member of Tasca Kia Family.

Cannot thank Yardley and his Sales manager enough for making my used (new to me) car purchase such an easy process. I had been eyeballing the 2018 Honda CRV in pristine condition for over a week. I planned to purchase cash, no financing if the test drive worked out. I walked into the doors of Tasca Kia and was greeted immediately with a smile from Yardley asking what he could help me with. I explained I was there for a 4pm test drive of the 2018 Honda I had scheduled the day before. While scheduling the day prior I was not setup with a specific person so Yardley without hesitation took me right over to his desk, looked up my information and said no problem. He scanned my license, grabbed the vehicle for me, told me to enjoy the test drive, to be safe and he'd see me when I got back. When I returned with the vehicle Yardley met me outside. I told him I was interested in purchasing the vehicle. He was patient with insurance part of it (which always takes the longest and I had stepped away from his desk while he was on the phone with my insurance company to go handle the sales part of it, when I got back to Yardley he was still on the phone with the insurance agent assuring we would not have to call them back!! That part was amazing to me.) Yardley was kind, he was funny and cracked a joke about how he couldn't get in the car when he was going to fill it up with gas for me because the seat was all the way up (I'm 5'2" but sit very close to the steering wheel) I felt like I knew him for years with the way he engaged in comfortable conversations with us (my 15 year old was with me). Overall from start to finish it was the best experience I ever had a car dealership and would definitely purchase another vehicle from this company.
*Editing this review with the hope of a resolution from Tasca Kia. During my initial test drive I informed Yardley the brakes squeaked and I was hesitant about it but I was reassured that every vehicle before sold had to pass a 125point inspection. So I was lead to believe they were new brakes. Here we are almost 5 months later with only 2,029 miles put on the vehicle and they are still squeaking and grinding. I have emailed this company multiple times with only a generic letter sent in the mail to me about getting mechanical coverage on said vehicle. Not one phone call stating they would cover said expenses or explain to my why they would not cover the brake cost when I paid for the vehicle out right cash. The vehicle only has 43,681 miles on it to date so it should not need brand new brakes with my 2,029 miles on it.

Edward made buying my first car super easy. He worked with me on all the paperwork over the phone so it took less than an hour to finalize the sale and he was always available to answer any questions. The finance manager, Marcy, was very helpful and took the time to make sure I was familiar with everything I was signing. Also, a week after I bought the car I thought I had a problem with my lights so I took it back to the dealership and the manager showed me how to properly operate the lights (it was not a problem with the car it was my own error). Overall, I love my new Kia Forte and would recommend coming to this dealership if you want a good, pressure-free, experience.

My son recently bought this 2021 Kia Forte GT-Line from the salesman Derek. He was great to work with. Hassel free is always a plus. Also Marcy from finance was very personable and easy to work with. I am sorry I forgot the other woman's name in the office but she too was great. I have purchased many cars in my years but this experience was like no other. Very relaxed comfortable environment and I really enjoyed purchasing this car with my son. Happy Customer here

As a first time car buyer/owner I was a little anxious! But Edward and the rest of the Tasca team made me feel comfortable and gave me all the information I needed when getting my Kia forte! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new/ used car! Everyone is very kind and helpful. It also took less time than I thought it would to get me into a new car!
