Love Ryan. Really cares about his customers. He’s such a great dude and his work managing the shop shows. Their work is amazing and I didn’t notice a difference. Other places would have had me replace the bumper, but Ryan got it done without having to replace the bumper. You couldn’t tell the difference!! It was like it never got dinged! Always get everything done from him. Screw the dealership. He will take better care of you and save you some $$$.

Can't say enough great things about Otto and Greenville Collision. Otto went above and beyond to help me find a bumper for my son's very old car. He actually went to a junk yard on a Saturday, used his own tools and car to transport the bumper back to Greenville Collision and had it done in a few hours. We had waited weeks for another facility to help us and they wanted over $2000 for a job that we were charged a few hundred for at Greenville. Won't do business with anyone else.

Only expecting the usual, I was thrown back 25 years to that time when people really cared about the work they do, the relationship they have with their clients, the quality of what they produce when I met Ryan and some of his crew. This is a super shop - me, my family, friends and our fleet of cars won't be going anywhere else.

Ryan was super nice, and set me up into a rental right away. The whole process went smoothly, and effortlessly (on my part). This is my 3rd experience with Greenville, and they never disappoint! The quality of their work is A+ and they are great on keeping me informed. As a client, I am very satisfied and can say I have definitely found my lifetime body shop!

We were completely THRILLED with the service we received by Ryan, the owner. Quality work, excellent communication skills, calling with updates throughout the process, stress free coordination of a rental and my car was even detailed upon pick up! My 2 year old, much “loved†minivan was treated like a high end sports car, and I was treated like one of the family. I will never go anywhere else!

I had a wonderful experience at Greenville! I had the pleasure of working with them twice, both after being in a car accident. The staff were extremely friendly & kind! They were very accommodating while working with the insurance company & putting me in a rental while my car was being fixed! I was very pleased with their work! My Terrain looks good as new!
