I give them 1 star, they cancelled my homeowners insurance after over thirty years as a customer, had bad luck recently with my home, they paid for my claims but could of denied the claims or raised my rates but they never informed me that they would cancel my homeowners if I made anymore claims which were not my fault just bad luck, they never return my calls or pick up the phone when I call, unprofessional,Remember nationwide is on your side except for me.

I really can't say enough about this insurance agency. I've been in business for 30 years and dealt with a variety of agents over that time for the many insurances we have to carry (liability, commercial auto, workers comp, personal auto, homeowners, bond insurance, etc). Graham agency is head and shoulders above the rest. Fast, professional, personable and on top of every detail. We've worked mostly with Lorraine and she has been simply amazing. Highly, highly recommend!

I'm not a customer of the agency but called with a need. Dealt with Cheryl Roth and she was awesome. Super conscientious, polite and more than willing to help me out. Didn't keep me hanging and her follow-up was spot on to make sure I was all set. If that's how the Graham folks treat a non-customer, can you imagine how well they treat an actual customer? Nice job, Graham Insurance!!!!!

I have been a Nationwide customer with the Podmoska Agency for about 30 years and have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness and value of my insurance needs (home, life, car).
When I need to speak to someone from the local office to make policy changes or report a claim, they are always super knowledgeable and wonderful to dealt with.
