This is the worst facility to get blood drawn!!! Most recently, 3 people working, one looking up, ignoring her 3 patients waiting. 5 minutes longer to wait while fasting?? Ridiculous! Black woman needs to be fired... Awful attitude! Should let her go!

Came into this office a little before 6:30 it’s 7:02 and they still haven’t open their doors. Currently it’s 7:04 and they just opened the door.

So so so slow! Takes them forever to call you, busy and not fast or efficient at what they do. Need to improve on time management and patient experience/feedback.

Came in to get blood work done. One of the members of the staff there presented me with a bill from 4 years ago for $19. When I inquired about the bill and stated that I paid it off 4 years ago the staff member gave me an attitude was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. When I called her out and told her their was no need for her to give me an attitude. She escalated the issue by refusing to serve me and threatening to call her manager and the police on me when I did nothing wrong. Hope this staff member finds a different line of work that doesn't require her to interact with customers. The manager I spoke with over the phone was professional.

Waited over an hour to simply drop off my grandmother's stool sample, lab order in hand. The woman I first encountered was rude and dismissive.

If I don’t have to fast to have blood drawnI go between 1 and 4 pm.I’m the ONLY ones there frequently !If you have to fast, you go early and it is crowded. Two workers on at 8 am; only one before that. They do great work!
