I have always wanted to reside at Sparrow's Point 1, Warwick, RI? Until recently, as of the last ten months.I have been trying to pursue my application processing (taken them nearly ten months, interviewed Jan 22', no letter of rejection at this point, June 22'. After coming up, on their waiting list, after 2.5 years of waiting for appropriate housing for myself and my service animal cat. I am not 62, which is preference to almost all. I expressed that I was recently as of Feb 22' "pending"some issues that occurred and are still in beyond my control. I am filing a claim with RI Commission of Human Rights, housing Department. Yes, Commission told me I am being discriminate against and I can pursue.

Took over a month to get ahold of the relevant people. Multiple emails, voicemails, phone calls, etc. Very unprofessional.

Subcontractors beware of this property owner! Poured concrete at a property they own in Avon, Ct. They came out and said they didn't believe we poured 3000psi but we actually poured 4000psi. We fought for weeks to get paid. We had to bring in testing lab to prove they had the strength they wanted. This was a ploy to get out of paying! We did finally get payed but be careful if you do work on one of their properties!

If the residence are treated like the people that interview for the company. I feel for the residence! Diversity is key to success but this agency would know!
