I have only had the most excellent experiences at this BJ's Tire Center. I recently had the misfortune of a screw in the sidewall of my tire. Tim helped me get a replacement tire that was covered under hazard warranty. He also helped me sort out what to do to get back on the road as soon as possible at the lowest cost to me. The following week, I went in to get the replacement tire installed, and both tire techs were just fantastic. One of the guys there gave me great advice for if something like that were to happen again. The guys there work hard and are so helpful.

Purchased a propane tank for outdoor heater from BJs, decided to get it filled at the tire center. The manager was rude wouldn’t acknowledge me when the person in front of me went to the restroom. Remind you it was only the guy ahead me (bathroom guy) and myself in line. Needs to be trained in customer service and was very rude. I must have been invisible!!!!

"I purchased tires online, scheduled installation, and arrived punctually, but the store never opened. Upon inquiry, BJ's customer service informed me that the staff was absent that day (unconfirmed), though they did refund my payment."

The tire department at BJ’S in Johnston was amazing I work with the manager I believe he was his name is Tim was very understanding gave me great feedback and pick the right tires for my car I highly recommend Bj’s tires in Johnston RI.

This location is TERRIBLE. I tried their curbside delivery service and no one ever came out to give me the order. I called and no one answered. I went inside and I couldn't find anyone to help me with it, so finally I just left. Then they had the nerve to charge me for the order that I never received!! I'm done with this place!

packs of chicken thigh was sold with 99cents/pound. of course on Sat Sept 17th. I was getting it. they never really did it before. of course I wasn't gonna think about it and got it. as soon as I got home I keep it in fridge the next day I took it out to cook. my husband had some of the chicken today and It was bad. he then proceeded to have projectile vomit the rest of the evening. never buy cheap stuff. I learned my lesson. I wish this would be posted everywhere.

Crowded and not enforcing mask wearing. When asked, was told it’s not a law and they can’t enforce (it is, they can). Noted two employees behind service desk wearing masks on their Chins as we left.

The Johnston location should be shut down for they way they are allowing people to cram in the store. They are by far not following the standards at this time.

Terrible, all self checkouts, the one lane that has a person working there is about a half hour wait. Avoid this place, it takes forever to checkout, they don't value your tIme at all

Went into this BJs location for the first time today. Haven't been to a BJs for a while and needed to get a large quantity of things for a party tonight so i figured why not hit up BJs. Got myself a new membership for $25 (50% off normal price) and hit the aisles. While majority of what i was looking for was at a really good price (5 pounds of meatballs for $14; 3 pounds of mixed peppers and onions for $7; big bag of salad for $3; 3 of the x-large jars of pasta sauce for $7) some of the other things i saw were just of relatively average price. I'm not overly complaining just taking notice of things. Of course, when I definitely need to get cat food and cat litter, as well as paper towels and toilet paper, I know to hit up BJs since it's usually more product for your dollar, but i don't need those yet. Overall, the service members I interacred eight were also really nice and gave me no issue with random questions. I'll definitely be back.

Awesome stuff. Great deals and products. Great for buying in bulk- obviously. Perfect little place If you have kids - to get all of their stuff for the week! They have literally everything! Clothes, toys, tvs, vacuum's, computers, watches, toiletries, soaps, detergents, food, frozen goods. Literally everything you can think of!!! Great prices too. Hadn't been here in a while so I definitely will start shopping here again! I was blown away by all the great deals! I got my mom the new v10 dyson cordless stick vacuum and most retailers wanted $400 for it and bjs only wanted $350- so I obviously got it here! I'll definitely be back!

While driving home last night my tire pressure indicator came on. I went to the Johnston BJ's Tire center, where I had purchased the tires and the gentleman who was on was working on a car. He asked what my problem was and when I explained probably low air pressure he took care of me immediately. It took him less than 5 minutes, but for him to squeeze me in was really great of him. I was home in minutes thanks to a caring employee.
