After making my purchase, I asked for help with pouring...Stavros stepped up after [understandably] other workers werent comfortable "touching customer's cars" I'm so appreciative that he took the time to help me. Service in general was great. I was stressed as I have no knowledge automobile workings, aside from driving. The young man from whome I purchased Anti-freeze was pleasant and had what I needed in a jiffy. If you're in a jam in the area, these guys will take care of you!”
“My battery needed a couple jumps recently so I brought it in just to have them to test and get their advice on how to proceed. About ten minutes later I had a brand new battery at no cost because they saw that I had purchased the battery from them and it was still under warranty. Thanks again!”

“Some awesome people work here. Had a freak accident where my antifreeze line burst as I was changing my battery in the parking lot and the employees were right there to help me out. They took care of the spill on the ground and provided me a chair and space to wait by myself until the tow truck came. 10/10 thank you!!!”

He charged it up and I was on my way thanks to Keith I kept my cool, and will return to same location because of attention to detail Keith provided.”

“Phenomenal customer service.While vacationing in the area a fellow motorist alerted me that my brake lights were out .A buddy mentioned that O’reilly’s might be able to help ( local mechanic wasn’t available till Thursday.)Spoke with Jason at O’reilly’s ( Post Rd) - he told me to come over and he’d take a look.He did way more — and within 15 minutes I was on my way - fully operational.ps - the mechanic in Pautuxet Village made the repair sound a lot more complicated.Thank you Jason”

“the star of this review is an employee named Kaydance. I am admittedly a fish out of water in an auto parts store .. and and obvious one at that . I wasted on time walked right up to the register what I needed for the model of my car . she was fast, efficient and very personable. She took me right over to what I was looking for.and explained the volume needed for my vehicle. she asked me questions to help me resolve just what I'd need to get and thank god she did because I was blissfully ignorant to what I was about to do to my car in what can only be called a foolish roll the dice. she was as benevolent as she was well informed . my mind was at ease, knowing I was in good hands. she even went as far as to refer me to a reputable garage that she personally patronizes reassuring me that I'd be in good hands after I left. kaydance is a model employee, and in exemplary human. I appreciate the interaction I had with her today.”

“N. Smithfield store was clean and in order. The assistant manager helped me out with the right part the first time.I was driving to a job site, when I stopped for gas, my truck wouldn’t start. I called a road service for help, said the alternator wasn’t working. I found an O’Reilly auto store 1.3 miles away. I got a jump start and made a “B” line to there. I got the new alternator and I installed it in the parking lot. The employees were extremely helpful, and understanding of the situation. Thank you for the help at O’Reilly auto parts.”
