Completely unprofessional!! I had an appointment scheduled for my dog on a Saturday at 9:30am. They called me and said they could take my dog earlier and asked me if I would mind coming in for 8:00am. I had said no problem. I had explained to them prior to the appointment that my dog has allergies and requires special shampoo that I would supply and asked if that would be an issue. They said it would not be at all. When I arrived, ten minutes early to my new appointment time, the woman behind the desk said that SHE had "too much anxiety" and didn't want to wash my dog. Mind you, my dog is a 9 year old 30 pound cocker spaniel, is extremely calm, and washes very well with groomers. He doesn't bark, nor is he aggressive. We supplied a simple bottle of hypoallergenic shampoo and the woman behind the desk couldn't handle it. No call prior to the appointment! Not to mention, I had to go in early ON A SATURDAY. Horrible service. I will NEVER be going back to this establishment again.
