if I could give no stars I would. Brought my dog there and they sold me on wellness plan that really doesn't cover anything besides the first visit and now they want me to spend 800 to figure out what is wrong with my dog. All they care about is selling the wellness plans

This vet is awful, 2 of my dogs had ear infection they provide us drops to use without saying that the drops could cause ear damage. Used the drops on both dogs and both them lost hearing! There never thorough on what they do except till what the dogs are do for them they want you to come back 3 weeks after for a booster shot or the original shot doesn’t work. And they never give me a print out report, saying what they did. And every time I go it’s a new Doctor! I asked the vet to check my other dogs ears recently and when she came back I said how did his ears look and she said I didn’t check them I was scared to put the Q-Tip in. I laughed and said give it to me I did it and the dog didn’t even flinch.

I give Banfield Pet Hospital of Johnston a 2 ? up. They are very friendly and kind me and my fur baby. They helpful with any questions you have in regards of your fur baby. Great place. I highly recommend it.

They are very sweet. But dont care much for parents concerns. I work with animals have worked in vet med and was very upset with them not following my requests (not to cut cats nails) I had left instructions with team for pickup and they did the opposite and charged my family member for a cone and extras I told them I didn’t want. Will not be going back

Was told one thing when I scheduled my spay surgery about an extra fee but the day of the surgery we were charged the extra fee and they didn't even have the decency to tell us. They just put it on the bill and when we called to dispute it, we were told they would call us back but never did. When we had a follow up visit they said there is nothing they can do and we just paid an extra fee when we asked when we scheduled specifically to be in the 6-8 week window after a heat. Incompetent all around, if you like bad service where they also never pick up the phone this place is for you.

VERY hard to get someone on the phone. It use to be affordable here but, their prices just keep going up. Great wellness program.
