Went in the 4th time this week. Went in today for tape and a pencil. No pencil in stock so I asked if I could buy a used on desk and kid behind counter rudely said no and sent me on a wild goose chase. As a business owner if a client needs a pencil you give him a pencil so he can get the job done. Never going back.

Very friendly and helpful employees! It's worth the trip over the bridge. I brought over all my knives and outside tools. Nicer down within an hour. So of course I had it over to the Cider Mill! I will be picking up my outside tools on Tuesday. Quick turnaround!

I am no stranger to hardware stores, and this place is great. Seems well stocked. Plenty of staff to help you. They made me feel very welcome when I stopped for a moment and offered a coffee to me on Christmas Eve.

I don't know how they do it but they always seem to have what I need, (unlike home depot). AND I don't have to walk a mile across the parking lot, and another mile around the store where I can never find what I need anyway. and there is no one to help! Here there is always a friendly and knowledgeabe soul to help me find what I need, and carry to my car if I need it. Plus they provide sevices for sharpening, screen replacement and lots more. They answer the phone, they get back to you and they can referr a local helper. trust me, they know everybody in town. this business is a very valuable resource our growing town has depended on for many years I just hope that they continue to get the support that local businesses need in these trying times to prosper for years to come. A perfect balance between a modern, well-stocked home handyman store and a classic, old-fashioned "sawdust-on-the-floor" corner hardware. An amazing breadth and depth of stock for the square footage, which is larger than it appears at the curb. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. If you are on Conanicut Island, there is rarely a need to cross a bridge to get hardware supplies for day-to-day repairs and maintenance. It's not the place to get lumber, insulation, wallboard, or other materials for a building project.

Great local hardware store! Family owned, friendly, and fun! Excellent selection, fair prices. If they don't have it in stock, they can have it by Thursday! Very convenient and also have UPS shipping service. This island would be lost without them!
