The one star I rated the salon was being generous. I have never had such a rood and disrespectful experience at a salon as I did here. As I was prompt for my appointment the gal who was scheduled to cut my hair proceeded to hang out at the front counter for nearly 20 minuets chatting with other and I might add finished client having me wait, as I was just about to walk out she made an effort to introduce herself for the appointment.
I'll put this simple I had the Worst Haircut I have ever had in my adult lifetime. Not only was this gal inexperienced in mens hair style she completely ruined my hair. Thank god for the ability to grow back and I'll just need to commit to hat wearing until it does. Shame on the owner to have such inexperienced staff there just to make a buck. It was all to obvious. When I went to pay in cash which I do all the time they could not change the 100 dollar bill and made me go next door to Cumberland Farms to get the change. Just so rood of these inexperienced staff. All I can recommend any Jamestown resident or visitor is to stay far away from this establishment unless they want to be treated goodly and have a terrible haircut

A one star is very generous for this establishment. Not only did I have the worst mens haircut in my adult life the staff was rood and had no intentions of listening to your haircut needs. This is about have people inexperienced for the job for the sake of financial profit. All I can say if you are a man looking for a good haircut This Is Not The Place to Go unless you are wanting a terrible haircut with rood staff

I wandered in hoping to get a last minute updo for a wedding and Megan hooked me up!! My hair looks fab and I was treated so well. Super cute salon in a charming old building.

I love every haircut Paige has ever given me! They always have appointments available within a week. The staff is kind and friendly, and the salon is clean and classy. I have also had hair and makeup done for events which looked so beautiful!
