“High Quality fish, High quality pet products at good prices, Knowledgeable and caring owner. Owner also supports various non-profits in the region despite today's poor economical climate. This store never disappoints. If he doesn't have what you're looking for he can get it for you quickly and affordably!”
“Great supply store for dogs and cats. They have a great selection of food, toys, leashes and training aids. They offer a number of training classes, adoption events and dog wash stations. There is an independent groomer also located in the store. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Friendly dogs are welcome to come in for a visit.”
“Good prices, clean, well stocked. They carry supplies for horses but also other pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, etc). I wish they'd carry more local products. I like buying local eggs, jam, etc..”

91 Point Judith Rd Suite 2, Narragansett“I love shopping at Pet Supples Plus in Narragansett. They always have exactly what I am looking for and I love taking a quick peek at the dogs getting their "haircuts" and baths. Great store”
“Really good selection of fresh water fish.Awesome staff, very helpful. And they keep all the animals in really good shape. I have been here a few times and have not seen a single dead fish or snail. That's opposite to what you'd see at any big P store.”
“We use the self service dog wash here. That alone makes it an amazing place. It is well kept and clean, and $12 to wash your dog and not have to worry about the mess or bath water all over is so worth it. Staff is friendly, store is well stocked and VERY clean.”
“If you want your pup spoiled and loved then run to Wag Nation! Our pup had a mini grooming session and she looked and smelled dynamite!! The care and love was felt for our little lady!! The store front is dynamite too, with many selections of awesome products. We can’t wait to visit again!!”
“This place has some of the best doggy baths around. My doggy loves it there! Plus the salespeople are pretty knowledgeable about the products they carry, which is pretty rare in most other chain type places.”
“We had Moriarty's install an invisible fence about 10 years ago and just had it serviced again. From the initial call to schedule a consultation to the training of our black lab and any service calls since that time, the team has always been courteous, responsive and professional. Our dog enjoys freedom off leash in the yard and we have peace of mind knowing he'll remain safe within its boundaries. Highly recommend!”
“We needed a few items and a trailer and Sherrie walked us around the store giving us advice and going above and beyond to help us. We had our own personal assistant. It was wonderful. Great Experience.”

1309 W Main Rd, Middletown“Always 5 stars for locations I can take my dog into. There's lots of interesting animals, fish, and birds to see, and but at this location. There's also a dog groomer and trainer onsite. There were lots of special and bundled items when I was there today. It's pretty common for them to have sales and discounted items at this store. Staff are always friendly and polite.”
“THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO HELPED ME IN THE STORE WAS VERY HELPFUL, SHE EXCHANGED THE FOOD THAT I PICKED OUT FOR SOMETHING MORE APPROPRIATE TO M CATS NEEDS. SHE ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME THAT GETTING THE PETCO APP WILL HELP ME TO KEEP TRACK OF MY REWRDS,”

500 Stony Ln, North Kingstown“I adopted an adult male cat from this shelter afew months ago. We spent afew days corresponding through email after I reached out via PetFinder. The cat I originally wanted to see was adopted after I had planned to see him. I had asked them if they had cats of a similar temperament available. They pointed me in the direction of one, and sang his praises. I fell in love with him. When we visited the establishment was just freshly cleaned. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. Although the cat we adopted- his personality was much different than originally described by the shelter. He is a very "scared of his own shadow" type of cat. But he still fits right in, and with some work he has gotten better, and is starting to show his goofy side. A volunteer reached out for updates afew times to see how he was adjusting to his new home, which I thought was great because most places aren't that invested in their animals and are looking for quick turnaround.”
“I have reviewed here before with a lackluster attitude as we have zero options on Aquidneck islandA kick ass person named Cullen made my day!!He came up to me and asked if I needed any help. I was shocked as that literally has never happened here.Just found hot he is the fish guy!Worth going over to the fish just to meet this man! What a refreshing delight! Thank you!!”
“I love love this local spot for animals and their humans. I was in a bind when my dog sitter bailed on me on folk festival weekend. I walked into Animal Island with our cavapoo hoping to get a lead on a new sitter and the owner totally came to the rescue—helping me find a new sitter for the next day by connecting me with one of their regular customers. It was such a relief and I couldn't be more grateful!Animal Island is clearly a special place that truly cares about its customers and their furry friends.”
