This is an expansive gift shop with tons of merchandise highlighting Jamestown and the island! There is also a wide selection of men and women's clothes as well as some shoes. There's a side room full of items for kids. You will absolutely find something neat to take home to remember your time visiting Jamestown. They even have 15-20 different Christmas ornaments too!

On our yearly vacation, we stop in the store to get some Jamestown momentos. So many wonderful, unique items to choose from! Towels, glassware, wall plaques, clothing, sandals and lots more! There is something for everyone! It is so much more than your typical vacation tee shirt/sweatshirt shop that you find alot of places. The staff are very friendly and personable! I look forward to visiting every year we are in Jamestown!

I was so incredibly displeased in how my family was treated at the gift shop today! I was in with my two little girls (for a 3 and 5 year old they were actually very well behaved throughout the time in the store- I made sure of it). I felt a consistent feeling of being watching the entire time we were in the store but in a negative way, as if they were waiting for my girls to do something wrong. We were asked several times “if we needed help?” which normally is a nice gesture-however it was apparent it was in a passive aggressive manner, this was very apparent given both women’s tone of voice when they approached us-again at this point I have no idea why and proceed to shop. My girls picked a gummy kabob candy and when I noticed it was broken while checking out-I was then chastised by one of the workers behind the counter and was super embarrassed as she disapproved of the exchange and announced to the front of the store that she saw my child break it in the store while shopping (so the feeling of being watched was not my imagination). I was so shocked I became very defensive and didn’t say what I should have -which was the fact that almost ALL the candy pops were broken or slightly disfigured, did my child damage all of those?! No of course not-But instead again embarrassed me at the counter saying she could not sell the one my little one “damaged” however in actuality they all were damaged hence why I wanted one that was not. I will NEVER shop at this store again and will spread the word.

I hardly ever will buy new clothes anymore but Conanicut Marine Store is my go to place for that must have item. Whether a new dress or wrap or other unique piece you'll find it here. I am never disappointed and they carry many made in USA or India if you are avoiding the Chinese stuff. If you're lucky you can find a little extra sidewalk sale item too!

I find this Marine Service to be run by a people without basic communication skills. I have lost lot's of time due to poor follow through and lack of basic people skills. I have had many jobs done there. I would avoid them at all costs. My boat is inoperable due to them throwing away parts.

Just to update my previous review of Conanicut Marine services. My boat is still there (this is november 2021) and has been there since March with none of my prioritized items(2) repaired. In fact it turns out that they did not understand my ( professional marine) surveyors report and asked me to bring in another surveyor to tell them how to make the repairs. Even that was not sufficient and now the work (apparently-they don't communicate) has been sent out because of lack of in house expertise. Last time i heard this business was for sale . I'm not surprised . Avoid trying to have any work done there.

These guys are nothing shy of AW-mazing. Shoes, shorts, hat and the most needed motor engine part. Saved the weekend and made it fun in the process. Thanks to all the staff, including the newest addition on her first job and first day. Well done!

Went there this Saturday 9/12. To fill up a 21 foot Mako with gas. I bought 17.9 gallons of gas at a cost of $53.88. They put a $300.00 HOLD on my credit card without informing me first. Will never use that Marina again !!!!!!!!
