Constant issues. My mail going to the neighbor, neighbors mail coming to me. Lost packages that I have to spend time and effort trying to prove lost or misdelivered and be refunded. Thank goodness for a ring camera because this last vendor fought me on the refund!!

I have had so many problems with my mail. They always deliver my mail to the wrong address (not even on the same street) and they deliver the wrong mail to my house, including packages. Sometimes they just don't deliver packages even when I am home waiting and they never have a reason. When I call they are nice but it never changes anything.

Considering the VERY rural service area we're in, I can't imagine the obstacles they encounter. Both in limited resources, such as hours paid, speed of runs, and snow blockage, animals and trees, unmarked and unusual mailboxes, and so on.

I'm getting tired of their poor service. I've had a few issues with deliveries. I have tracking on my packages and see the updates. On a few packages my updates say "Delivery attempted at 3:43 pm" and I was at the house where I could see my driveway. I don't think they even tried to deliver the package. Probably just lazy to get out of the truck since it was raining. This isn't the first time I've had this issue with deliveries.
