They were extremely rude and body shamed me! I’ll never step foot in that place again! A girl who worked there said to me, “You’re a big girl. Why did you order this size dress?” I said I had help by someone here and ordered the most appropriate size. I guess she was in a bad mood and Jose’s my dress needed work. Horrible place!

Marsha does amazing work! She did alterations for my wedding dress, my daughter’s wedding dress and my mother of the bride dress. She was extremely pleasant, always timely and accommodating and does beautiful work! Prices are reasonable! I find the negative review left here about her ruining someone’s wedding dress by “cutting it up” to be highly suspect, considering the many visits we have made to her store over the years with nothing but a stellar experience! She’s A+++++

I would have left zero stars if I could. I called Sueno’s and explained I was looking for a bridal gown; I asked if they sold plus sizes. I was told simply, “No”. I asked a follow up question of what sizes they went up to and was told, “This place not for you” and was hung up on. If they don’t want to carry inclusive sizes, that is their prerogative. However, I found their dismissive response completely rude and unprofessional.

Marsha is amazing! I wore my mom's 35 year old wedding dress for my own wedding and wanted to make alterations to the dress to make it my own. The final product was better than I could have dreamed! Attaching before and after photos to show the depth of work.

I would have left zero stars if I could. I called Sueno’s and explained I was looking for a bridal gown; I asked if they sold plus sizes. I was told simply, “No”. I asked a follow up question of what sizes they went up to and was told, “This place not for you” and was hung up on. If they don’t want to carry inclusive sizes, that is their prerogative. However, I found their dismissive response completely rude and unprofessional.

I went to Sueno about 8 months in advance of our wedding to alter my mom's wedding dress. I figured this would be plenty of time to make alterations. I would always schedule an appointment in advance to try on the dress following the agreed upon alterations. Unfortunately, every time I went to an appointment, no alterations were made to the dress. I was constantly promised that the alterations would be made "next time". I went to several more appointments and the same thing continued to happen, nothing was done and more promises to have it done for next time. At about 1.5 months before our wedding, I went to an appointment and was told I had to "look for my dress in the back of the store because it could not be found". After searching through the back of the store, I found the dress and once again, no alterations had been made. After leaving defeated and with more promises that the dress would be ready in time, I spoke to my mom. One day later, I decided to call Sueno to take the dress back and no longer wear it for the wedding. After leaving several messages, I finally got through to the store and let them know I was taking the dress back and no longer needed alterations. When it was time to pick up the dress, the dress was completely destroyed and cut up. We are not sure why this happened when nothing had been done for 8 months and I had just called the day after my appointment to say that no work was needed. In addition to destroying the dress, we were also told that we needed to pay for "all of the work done". Overall, this was a complete disaster and I do not recommend anyone to go to this place for any alterations, especially for a wedding dress.

Marsha is a miracle worker !She transformed my wedding dress 23 years ago to make it one of a kind.She also has altered my daughter’s senior prom gown - it turned out just beautiful!On two occasions Marsha fixed the impossible for me. Both instances were due to tailoring horror stories. The first instance was when the alterations person did not resolve my daughter’s winter gown back closure issue. The previous alterations person stated she could fix it … she pretended to fix it but the robes just stretched out due to poor construction - not providing the right level of support for the gown …at Sueno, Marsha determined the root of the issue and reconstructed the ropes at the back of the gown to make this secure for my daughter - she found sturdy material that wouldn’t stretch and matched the color perfectly! The dress turned out gorgeousOn the other occasion, all I needed was a simple dress hem and decided to do it at a local dry cleaners in town who also did tailoring - well, the person marked a line with Chalk around my dress and did this inappropriately, the hem at the back was far too short and much shorter than the front - I had no fabric (they threw it out) it was a sequence dress with a beltMarsha looked at the issue lowered the hem even more (made it level) and transformed the belt to work as the lower part of the hem making the dress level and wearable again … I actually think she improved the dress with her alterations .. it’s so much prettier now !Services: Wedding gown alterations

She has helped me with all of my prom dresses, all the bridesmaids dresses I’ve worn. My cousin ended up buying her wedding dress here too and it was a beautiful dress. She does an incredible job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Marsha is incredible and extremely talented! Sueno was recommended to me through a friend and I could not have been happier with the work. Marsha had altered my wedding dress for my ceremony in July 2020 and I decided to add lace sleeves when my reception was moved to December to make it a more wintery look. Marsha was able to cut fabric from my train and created lace sleeves to add to the dress from scratch. Her work is so detailed and unbelievably beautiful. The dress fit perfectly and I could not be happier with how it came out. I will be taking any future alterations to Suenos. Marsha is so easy and wonderful to work with!

I brought my wedding gown to Sueno's for reparative work after having a terrible experience elsewhere. This place came highly recommend and I only wish I had heard about them sooner. Nevertheless, Marsha was able to repair my gown and make it look perfect. She also did an excellent job taking the waist in on my second dress, adding extra beads to it and shortening the length. I highly recommend Sueno's for your wedding gown alterations!

Marsha is incredible and extremely talented! Sueno was recommended to me through a friend and I could not have been happier with the work. Marsha altered my wedding dress and her work is incredible. The dress was fitted perfectly to me and the bustle she made complimented it so nicely. My mother also took her dress here and was extremely happy with how it fit. At each appointment, she explained exactly what she was doing and was with us every step of the way! I would highly recommend Sueno and will be going back for any future alterations!
