“Alex was fantastically helpful with leasing and giving me an honest rundown of my options, especially when it came to cost effectiveness for me.
My one critique is that there have been spiders building webs on and between my belongings, providing for a creepy, messy surprise during visits to the unit. A little bit of dust/debris also rains from the ceiling.”

With the previous management I was never able to get ahold of anyone over the phone and no one was ever in the office. “Completed a rapid rental online the night before for a 5x10 unit. Showed up and began moving in and quickly realized I did not get a large enough space. Walked into the office and Jim was EXTREMELY helpful in getting my initial unit refunded, and a new lease signed for a larger unit. He even honored the online special pricing for the larger unit even though it was my mistake, the rest was seamless and I got moved in without an issue. Would recommend just on the customer service alone.”
