“Just left Providence Diamond, interested in purchasing a Rolex. Warmly welcomed by a staff member and met Alix in the Rolex studio. Excellent interaction, I had already done my homework so I didn’t have a lot of questions. She certainly knew her stuff and I doubt I could’ve stumped her. A cup of cappuccino and a chocolate and a demonstration of the different sizes of the watches and I was a happy man.

She took the time to meet with my mother and I privately in her bridal salon and even let me bring my dress and other accessories so I could really get the whole picture of what I might look like on my wedding day. She really made me feel so special! My mom even ended up with some Mother of the Bride jewelry and a hair piece that looked beautiful on my big day. The salon itself is quiet and cozy and SO sparkly! A bride's dream for sure!”

“I have had several repairs to 14k jewelry and have been very satisfied. To day I was waiting for them to re.ove links from a watch and I went to sit down. They gave me a bottle of water and told me to relaxant stay as long as I needed to. Very happy with them”
