“For my wife’s 50th birthday, I thought I had been the perfect husband having lined up everything well in advance - dinner at a lovely restaurant, a beautiful cake, the perfect gifts, etc. But my self-congratulatory victory dance was cut short when I realized I had forgotten to order flowers. A quick Google search revealed Elaine’s Flowers not far from me, but they were closing in an hour. Elaine’s answered my desperate phone call, we discussed my options, and, in a mere 25 minutes, I had a gorgeous, perfect flower arrangement in my hands to put the crowning touch on what was a wonderful 50th birthday for my wife and our family. Elaine’s staff could not have been friendlier, more professional, or more efficient. And as if that weren’t enough, their prices were extremely reasonable, especially when you consider the quality of their work. I absolutely have a new flower shop going forward. “I just have to say WOW!!!! It started off with an employee opening the door for me to come inside. Immediately helped me and asked what I was looking for. Offered to make a bouquet if I didn't like any of the display ones, but even the display ones were beautiful! I picked the bunch I wanted, they changed the water in the vase and wrapped it up so nice! I paid and the gentleman working proceeded to carry it out for me to my car in the rain. This is the first review I have ever written about a business because I was so compelled by the customer service. I didn't catch his name but he was AWESOME!”
“Franchesca was a pleasure to work with while planning my wedding! She was very prompt with answering emails/phone calls and very attentive to details. I found myself to be very nit-picky as our date grew closer and when I had an issue with my bridal bouquet on the morning of my wedding she dropped everything and fixed it right away. She was very organized and honest with my expectations and quotes, and respected our budget--even came up with alternative ideas (i.e., instead of a floral arch at the alter, she suggested taller stemmed plants and placed tea lights on them, which looked gorgeous and stayed within my price range). She is so sweet and definitely has an adaptable vision. I wanted baby's breath flower crowns for my flower girls but I was was worried that one of them, my 18-month-old flower girl, would rip out her flower crown--Franchesca instead made a baby's breath hair clip for her instead, which stayed the entire night! She was also very knowledgeable about my venue, the Providence Public Library, which helped me be a little bit more decisive when it came to which areas I wanted to decorate with fresh flowers (helped cut the cost for me)! All in all, she's great at what she does, her website/social media absolutely reflects what she can do, and she can tastefully add a touch of elegance to your special day!”

“A Bushel and A Peck did an absolutely stunning job for my wedding this month. Talia is so unbelievably talented and I could not have anything better to say about my experience with this shop. When we first met at her consultation, I knew she had to be a part of such a special day. I told her my vision of utilizing dried grasses mixed with disco balls, which I was a bit apprehensive about because it’s very niche and unique—She immediately got so excited and passionate about the idea, and she made me so comfortable with going through with this plan afterwards. I could not have entrusted my ideas with anyone else, and she and her team went above and beyond in executing them. She was incredibly supportive throughout the process of planning and exceeded every expectation I had. A Bushel & A Peck played such a large role in making our day perfect and I couldn’t recommend a florist more!”

“I was contacted by the nicest woman at Imondi because after having ordered flowers online they were sent to some empty office space instead of of Kent Hospital. She had them sent correctly but the delivery person was told that there was no patient by that name. I got very emotional and told her that my friend was very sick. For the second time this wonderfully kind woman offered to deliver them somewhere else. I had them sent to the home address. Turns out my friend had passed away. I am in Florida and felt so helpless until this angel of a woman made sure that my friend’s flowers were delivered to the family. Thank you for your great kindness and God Bless.”
