Ok 5 stars for 1st visit. She is a very nice person, who has your dogs best interest. She takes all the time she needs to do your dog. Took my dog in (who was in terrible need of a grooming) she had him for 3 hrs, and he came out clean and shaved. Made my next appt so next time he can come out with some hair left. She does charge a bit more if your dog is in bad shape, but like me that would be your fault. See how it goes next month.
