Used to bank here but they started charging for checking accounts so I closed my account.its too bad because I liked banking there and it was a very convenient location for me as I am in Chepachet quite often.You would think they would want you to keep your money in their bank but I guess not unless you keep high balances.

New account holder. Walked into branch for first time asking for some temp checks. Told temp checks only given to customers that open accounts at that branch and if I want a bank check cost is $10. Called 800 number and was told they if they had seen or cared to ask what kind of account I just opened they would have known the fee was waived. Toll free office ordered the checks for me and offered to expedite, which was also not offered to me at branch. Great company, seemingly poorly run branch.

I wanna throw up from now having to smell whatever dollar store popery smelling perfume the teller was wearing and is now on absolutely everything I touch for the rest of my day because she decided to disgustingly bath in it. Thanks

Genie has the WORST customer service skills I have ever encountered at any business. When asking her why the bank shut my card off she became annoyed and accused me of giving her attitude. When I asked to speak to someone else she yelled I can call the customer service number and hung up on me. I have since called back 5 times for genie to ignore every call. Absolutely disgusting how she treats customers. Will be banking elsewhere from now on.

Great bank because there is never anybody here so I'm constantly using the drive up services. But when you go inside - there's nobody that knows anything! Seems like they should have retired many years ago- bc it's like nobody cares! Otherwise - one of my favorites! ATM is always available- never anyone in line. Never anyone in line at the actual bank either.

Sunday night I went to the drive up atm to deposit a large amount of cash. Of course I shoved too many bills in. It kept my money. And did not verify the deposit. I panicked. The banks are closed on sundays. I went in early Monday morning. Freaking out a bit. I learned the drive up atm is handled by an outside company. More panic set in. I needed to deposit that money immediately. They don’t come out until Tuesday for that atm. But. Within an hour. The company had come out. I got a call from citizens. They deposited my money. And I didn’t have to leave my house again. Couldn’t be happier.

This review is regarding a specific health hazard situation I encountered today. AFTER we entered the building we were informed of a potential Covid exposure by an employee who was currently quarantining at home awaiting test results. They had us fill out a form with our contact info for contact tracing. I noticed some people weren't informed until after they were finishing their transaction. If you need to go here please stick with the drive through window for now, I also found out no special cleaning was done inside. Reported to RI Dept of Health and Citizens HQ. I feel bad for the employees that have to work in these conditions, it's not their fault but we need to know the risks before we step inside!
