I took my Yoga teacher training here. I was blessed to be associated with a wonderful group of instructors. When I have a chance to take a class this is where my path takes me.

Practicing with Kathleen is wonderful. She is a patient and skilled teacher. Her approach to yoga makes it accessible for all levels of participants regardless of age, health, or experience.
