Brought an older LR4 here for a water pump. Dropped off on a Monday evening and was called the following day before noon to pick it up because it had been repaired.
Quick service. Rich is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Range Rover/Land Rover. His showroom displays his passion for these wonderful vehicles.
It's much less expensive than the local Rover Dealer, too.
I'm always very pleased with his service and attention to detail.

Rich is a wealth of knowledge on the Range Rover! He is always professional and honest! This shop is a Range Rover owners only shop to use in RI and surrounding areas! I wish I knew of him when I bought my first one , new in 2006. He’s better then the dealer itself, knows what you need, best options and gives and honest opinion to what is always an expensive fix! We just love him and the shop is beautiful! Thank you Rover Rich! Keep up the amazing work!

Rich is the best...Honest, trustworthy and incredibly knowledgeable. He did a ton of work on an old RRC that I have and is also doing a 94' Defender 90 NAS for me. I wouldn't go to anyone else ever.

Searching for a good mechanic is like trying to find a good doctor.Rich is the most honest mechanic I have ever met. He explains things clearly and simply. An absolute expert. I don't trust anyone else with my Range Rover. If you're looking for a straight forward professional with a cheeky British sense of humor look no further.

Took my grandson there, he's 2, to show him some cool trucks. Was walking around when was told that this was the work shop not a showroom. They don't let people in there. Oops. They let us look around anyway. They have the coolest Defender 4 door pick up. Not for sale.

Special Vehicles is the destination for any Rover enthusiast. Richard & John are purists & exceptional professionals. They live & breath their passion for Rovers. They explain each mechanical protocol & honestly advise on repairs. They worked on my first RRC LWB project & made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly advise their expertise! Cheers!

Highly recommend Rich and his shop for all my vehicles. You simply cannot find a more knowledgeable Rover guy. This shop eats, sleeps and breathes these intricate and intelligent vehicles and I only trust him. He has worked on my other cars, Peugeot, Porsche and Mercedes with the same superior level of expertise. A rare breed of fair and honest Auto Service Technicians. I am on my third Land Rover now and wish I had known about this shop years ago. I'll never bring my Rover anywhere but here now. Rich is amazing and such a wealth of knowledge. Quick service and exactly as he described prior to drop off. Also if you are a Rover enthusiast you will be in HEAVEN with all the different models on the grounds.
