Fisherville Brook Wildlife Refuge offers a peaceful and scenic experience with wide, well-marked trails suitable for all ages. Visitors can enjoy a variety of sights, including waterfalls, marshy areas with bridges, a beaver lodge, and a historical cemetery. The refuge features a 3.3-mile loop trail with easy navigation, making it ideal for a short walk of 30 minutes to an hour or longer treks. There are small benches along the trail for wildlife viewing and rest. The parking lot is spacious, and there is a porta potty at the trailhead. The refuge is well-maintained and quiet, with beautiful fall foliage and a babbling brook. Dogs are not allowed, and visitors can expect a clean, natural environment perfect for bird watching, exploring nature, and enjoying wildlife in a safe, no-hunting area.

Great 1 1/2 mile lake & mini waterfall loop. Young kid friendly

Perfect hike! Can be 1/2 hour to an hour or hour and a half. Wide trails, waterfall, bridges to walk over marshy trails. Beaver lodge too! Great spot for small kids and great for adults too.

Great trails properly marked , beautiful pine trees and lake.parking is small and well kept Port of John's toilet.
