“I bought a vehicle from Jim about 7 mos ago. He walked me through the whole process and has been very patient and understanding with every annoyance I have bothered him with and there have been many. The beginning of Nov two of my Rogue was making a weird noise, on my way to class, like the caliper was stuck. I immediately came home. I called Jim and he came to my house to check it out. The caliper was indeed stuck, and had gouged my rotor. He had it brought right into the shop to find out the why. We later found out that two of my lug nut bolts had snapped, when I had accidently caught a curb a week or so prior. He and Mike went about getting the problem fixed. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use, even though my insurance did not cover rentals, and he did not have to, while he fixed the Rogue. When someone hit the loaner car, while parked near my house. I panicked and was really anxious about it. I called the police to report the hit and run. Then called Jim. He simply came looked at it, told me it would all be fine, to call my insurance company. He and his whole team have been wonderful to me. When it was all said and done, I only had to pay my deductible. He is an honest man and came through for me from the start. I would highly recommend his services whether buying a car, or repairs.”

“Had 2 VERY bad sales experiences at Greico Johnston and Hurd Johnston (see my reviews on those dealers). Our experience at Nucar was at the opposite end of the spectrum - couldnt be faulted. No pressure, salesman even completed the sale himself and gave us a small discount when we asked for it - no haggling. Unlike the dealers I have mentioned the Workflow to complete the sale was quick and hassle free. Would def recommend them to anyone. Next time we're in the market for a car THIS is the place we will go. The salesmans name was WILL COREY - an ab so lutely bloody OUTSTANDING young man who has restored my faith in car salesmen. Will made the whole process painless and easy - we are still in shock how easy it was. “Let's face it, buying a new(or used) vehicle from a dealership is usually not a pleasant experience. I came here after my Ford was totaled in an accident and my wife and I were interested in a Mazda CX-5. In sales I worked with the team of Lucas and Jason. They were extremely helpful while not being pushy like at the other big Mazda dealerships in the area. Since the model we were looking for was not in stock, we ended up getting a certified pre owned CX-5 rather than paying for a more expensive model that included a bigger engine or moonroof that we didn't want. Besides Jason and Lucas Cody in finance was very helpful and personable, as was Anthony who appeared to be a supervisor of some sort. Cody was not your typical finance guy trying to push us into buying ad ons that would boost the price of the vehicle by thousands. I would tell any of my friends in the area looking for a Mazda to visit Flood before going to that other large dealership that starts with a T. It's certainly worth the drive from the Providence area.”
