The staff are very nice here, but I was just made to pay for a COviD vaccine. The pharmacy staff are unaware of the Bridge Access Program, which covers the vaccination if your primary insurer does not cover it. I asked about it, and they was completely unaware of this program. I would advise against using this location for vaccination services.

I was in there this morning to pick up a prescription, and while I was there, I got VERY ill. An employee by the name of Margaret IMMEDIATELY stopped what she was doing to help me.She literally RAN TO OPEN the door so I could vomit in the restroom and not humiliate myself by doing so on the floor.This woman is such a kind person,and always has a smile on her face. I am very grateful for her help.Thank you Margaret

No problems here. Decent store, clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking. I don't get my prescriptions here, but I stop in every so often for snacks, food items and personal hygiene items. It's about equal to every pharmacy I go to.

Both this location and the Willett Ave Riverside location need to learn how to answer the phones. Its extremely frustrating. I've tried calling both for the last three hours about my prescription and can't get someone to answer the phone.

Sarah the Pharmacist didn’t acknowledge my presence as I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. When I asked if someone would be helping me she was extremely rude. Took over 4 hours to get a prednisone script filled. Definitely the worst Walgreens and pharmacist I have ever dealt with.

Pharmacy techs are always very nice here but I can sense that Walgreens corporate doesn’t know/care enough to plan effectively or manage existing resources better.Due to “staffing shortages”, the sad, rickety, 1980’s drive-thru window is now closed indefinitely. So plan for a 20-minute wait inside to pick up your already-filled prescriptions; the line is excruciatingly long.Update: Gave them a 4th star b/c drive thru pharmacy is open again!! :D
