Why would the post office say there open till 2:00pm, but when you get to the office there is a note on the door saying only drop offs? Why not put this information on your website? Such an inconvenience for the whole community.

Postal employees take a lot of abuse from the public. I happened to witness such abuse on my recent visit to this post office. The internet was down and it had nothing to do with the Clerk (meaning it wasn’t his fault) but the female customer was just snarky and demeaning to him anyhow. The Clerk (Jason) handled it like a champion, never giving in to the ignorant ladies comments. He said kind and professional and ended up winning her over by the time the visit ended. Get more staff like him! Excellent job

Tall woman with glasses is only reason why I rate 1 star. She is nice to elderly people but when my husband or I go up she always sighs and has snarky remarks acting like we are inconvenient. Basically keeps saying why don't we go to another post office?Uhm, why don't you find another job since you're so clearly miserable and unnecessarily rude?So now if I'm in the area of this post office, I have to drive to another one because Ms. Cranky Pants has some kind of age discrimination.So unwelcoming, cold, and inconvenient.

Horrible service. Rude employees. If you complain they tell you to to go to Barrington or East Providence. They close whenever they feel like taking a break. Sometimes even turn the lights off and lie about power being out. THE WORST

Every time I try to go to this post office during business hours - there is always a note on the door saying that they are either closed for lunch or having technical difficulties. I think that's pretty lame for a post office - bad enough that they are the slowest people when they are open! This is the worst post office I ever dealt with.

Just spent thousands of dollars to put a new lawn down a few weeks ago. Within two days the postal service worker walked right across my lawn destroying part of the hydroseed. You can clearly tell its new grass that shouldn't be walked on. Entered a complaint that said it was resolved but apparently it wasn't as the same guy walked across my lawn again today.

The woman at the counter is very friendly, but when two rooms are full of customers during a pandemic, what we need is FAST, EFFICIENT, FOCUSED service. Listening to a customer say she "is feeling much better today", is not what we need. A clerk who works with a normal amount of energy and doesn't express how much she hates her job is what we need. Also, when the place is full, a second clerk at the counter would really help. I need to remember to go somewhere else.

Terrible service. Woman at the front desk is rude as can be, and her mask barely covers her nose. I asked her questions politely, and she was incredibly. She spoke to two women not wearing masks for 20 minutes. When someone in line asked her why they didn’t say anything or kick them out, she literally just shrugged. Every time I go here I have a bad experience with rude customer service. Cannot recommend enough not to go here.

There's a woman that works in the front (customer service).. I wish her boss would tell her to stop reading everybody's mail that they sending out ...and MIND HER BUSINESS. Also not ask so many Questions about customers LIFE...
