Would not buy any of their products. They have Absolutely no customer service. First time buying their product and what a waste. My dog has worn his collar 5 days and it is already coming apart. Contacted customer service and they are trying to blame it on my dogs chewing it. Really?! Never had this problem with any collar we have bought in the past.

I have been buying collars and harnesses from Up Country since my pup, Pippa, came home with me seven years ago from the Springfield Humane Society. They are high quality, fun, and reflect her personality. Yesterday her cherry blossom and Halloween sets arrived and she almost has one for every month of the year!

Local company with great customer service. Huge variety of collars, leads and dog sweaters/coats. Cat collars as well. They donate new collars and leads for dogs adopted from RI MSPCA. I highly recommend!!!

I ordered 2 collars and 2 leashes on the 14th of September. It was still showing as processing on the 20th so I called them and spoke to someone in their customer service department. They said the items where due to be shipped that day and I should get an email with a tracking number. Today is the 23rd and my order is still showing as processing and no email. I called back again to be told it must have been overlooked and it was being shipped today and I would be getting an email shortly. That was this morning and it is past 8pm now and again no email and it’s still showing as processing. I ordered these items for a birthday gift which I needed for tomorrow. I guess they are not going to arrive anytime soon!

We have been purchasing collars for our 3 dogs for over 5 years from upcountry; great Quality, phenomenal customer service and over all great experience. BTW: All American made, doesn't get better than that!!!

I’m a small business owner who has been trying to contact this company in regards to a $400 order I did not receive. I’ve emailed with no response, called Fed Ex twice who also referred me back to them and then called and spoke to someone who said “their computer was working too slow and that they would call us back”. We did not receive a call back and then again called to speak with someone and did not get the opportunity to speak to anyone again. I’m not sure how we can resolve this issue or do further business with company If no one calls us back or shows us any interest in resolving this issue.

Awesome place! Just adopted my dog from the SPCA they set her up with a new leash and collar as a gift! Super super friendly customer service! The lead and collar are super cute and well made! I can not wait to order her some fall and Christmas ones! Thank-you up country!

They are craft(wo)men of the highest talent, making beautiful and sturdy products. They are also very giving- helping new rescue parents be spoiled with leash, collars of specific need and harnesses to ensure success. This co. Is amazing check tjeir catalog out! Reasonable and "CLYDE" tested!!!
