My son's Kia Soul was having electrical issues and he gave us some advice as he was very behind and couldn't get to us quickly and we tried to fix it at home but still wasn't working. We then had it towed to his shop and originally it was going to be a couple weeks but he diagnosed it within a day at an extremely reasonable price and he fixed it the next day! So so happy with his service and integrity. Definitely good to have an honest and experienced mechanic and shop nearby as they just moved into that area. Our tow driver also mentioned he uses Joe so that's an added plus.”

“My partner had a good experience using East Bay Service Center, so I decided to take my car there when I had an issue. When I arrived, the owner (I believe) was there but just cleaning up because they were actually closed for the week. He still took the time to try something quickly to fix my car's issue, and wouldn't accept any payment afterwards. He said if it didn't resolve the issue to schedule an appointment for the following week, but everything has been working fine since! Thank you, East Bay Service Center.”
