I panicked the other day had a problem with our previous company I called by a recommendation and had the pure luck of getting Sandra O'regan on the other end of the line. This was a commercial policy that I needed help with as soon as I could get it. Sandra was nothing but totally pleasant and extremely helpful and solved all my problems with in a few hours. I do all the insurances and fun stuff like that for my husbands and I storage facility we own and people like Sandra make my job easier. Not to mention the piece of mind knowing when you call a knowledgeable person on the other end. One word for Sandra AWESOME

My fiancée and I switched to Thompson a little over a year ago and couldn’t be more thrilled with the service we have received. Autumn found us a great rate with our auto insurance, much lower than we had previously been paying. She also found us a few great options with renter’s insurance as well. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the market for a new insurance company!

Charity is the best! Every time my auto and homeowner's policies are up for renewal, I ask her to shop around for me and she always does, cheerfully and professionally, and in a timely fashion. She's always updating my personal profile, looking for extra discounts to get me the best coverage at the best price. I've used Thompson Insurance for 10 years and I don't ever plan on switching!
